Jennifer has been pleasant and responsive from the first interaction. We rented out our first home and really wanted to work with someone we really trusted, Jennifer checked all boxes. She is very knowledgeable about the landlords needs, what a tenant is looking for, and the best value we could get for rent in our are. She get our property rented out in 3 weeks!

Jennifer and her team are awesome! She helped me purchase my unit and we closed in a few weeks. When I needed to make minor repairs and upgrades, she had a list of recommendations available which saved me time and helped me bypass the screening process of who best to select. When I notified her that I wanted to sell my unit she and her team worked swiftly to provide me with what I needed. She and her team got the unit show ready to help potential buyers envision thes place as their own. The unit was sold at asking price and closed within week, the process was smooth and quick. She and her team made filling out the necessary paperwork easy by sending out email notifications and being available when needed to answer any questions.
