I cannot speak highly enough of Dan and the entire Souza & Sons team. I rented a West Hartford apartment from them and had a fantastic experience. Not only was the building very well maintained (and continuously being upgraded!), it was some of the best customer service I've ever had. Dan was always available to answer any questions, and the two maintenance requests I put in over the year I lived there were both taken care of within 24 hours. I would recommend Souza & Sons rental properties to anyone in the Hartford area looking for an apartment; I've already directed several friends their way!

Souza & Sons Apartments in the west end of Hartford are the BEST landlords and rental management I've experienced in my life. They are friendly, wonderful and always get the job done quickly and efficiently. They care about the comfort of their tenants and they do a great job with snow removal and keeping up with the building maintenance. They also offer a very good lease, affordable rent and extra amenities. They have security cameras around the premise for added safety measures. I couldn't have asked for a better experience living there and I'm grateful for everything they have done through out the years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I can't say enough good things about the Souza brothers. I was their tenant for over 5 years and was always treated with the utmost respect. All of the Souza's were friendly, kind, courteous and professional. If there was ever an issue with anything on the property John was there within the hour to take care of it. Rent was very reasonable and the property was was kept in great condition from the start. It would be difficult to find a better group of people to have as landlords.

Dan and John Souza take the wellbeing of their tenants very seriously. In the winter, the parking lot was always plowed so the tenants could safely leave the lot. They respond quickly to emails and maintenance requests. The rent was a great deal for the location -- you won't get a better price for the space in West Hartford!

Amazing experience. As a testament; I wish Dan and John owned property all over the United States. Truly 5 star class. Dan and John really care and have been very accommodating since I moved in. Dan always had great recommendation and advice for Connecticut and John was very helpful with any issues I had. Which were very minor. If I wasn't moving out of the state I would live here forever. Rented from Dan and John for 2 1/2 years on Tremont St. in Hartford and everything was excellent. Rents were lower than most of their competitors, and the buildings were all fantastic. Well maintained, all year round, apartments were well cared for. I never had any issues there. Highly recommended for anybody looking to move to Hartford!

In my entire renting experience in Connecticut (working,studying) I had quite many places to live in this state , Souza & sons is the most professional,decent ,budget friendly , clean places I have ever been to , compared to many landlords I had dealt with before I got the chance to be one of their happiest tenant.!!
