I worked with Busch Realty Group and Jodi to find and purchase a multifamily in Gulfport. She was always very responsive to my calls and texts throughout the entire process. She was very professional and did what I expect a buyer's agent to do by voicing her concerns with a few of the properties that we viewed. I could tell that she was not looking to get into a contract quickly for her commission, but she was truly looking out for my best interest which is hard to find in a buyer's agent. Moving is stressful. Moving out of state knowing nothing of the area that you’re moving to with little to no time to do it is horrifying. We made some quick inquiries and did a little bit of research on realtors in the area and by chance happened across Denise Bush’s profile on Busch Realty’s website. Along with her impressive credentials and extensive history, her “great face” spoke volumes. I decided to contact her. From start to finish, my husband and I were impressed with her proactive work ethic. Her intuition and ability to ALWAYS stay one step ahead of us, always addressing needs before we were able to even identify that there was a need, make us certain that we chose the right agent for our needs. With friends moving into the area, we have already recommended Denise and absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a true real estate professional. We moved to the coast in 2017 due to military PCS orders. We emailed Busch Realty and told them we were in VA and we weren't able to come down to view the properties but that we had a few houses we saw and liked. Keri face timed us, Marco Polo'd us, facebooked us, texted, called, and went ABOVE and beyond. She made sure we saw everything and accommodated us from a distance. When we came to town she showed us the town, she told us the history, she gave us her personal information and told us to call her if we needed anything. Closing day she hugged my kids, played with our dogs, and even gifted us such wonderful gifts. FAST FORWARD to 2020 my husband received orders to Japan and we were in high speed trying to sell--we never wondered who we would choose because over the last three years we saw Keri again, she reached out to us and asked how we were doing, she wished us a Merry Christmas, and she even dropped off gifts to my kids!! (and me <3) Keri got me ready, kept me sane, and MY HOUSE WAS UNDER CONTRACT IN 2 HOURS! I am a teacher so we were going to stay until the end of they year she negotiated it, she went to bat for us, she fought for us, she really had OUR best interest! When I say this I say it from the heart--Busch Realty and Keri took care of us and cared for us. I did not feel like another payment--I felt like family. I highly recommend them--specifically Keri Manley for any of your realty needs!!

Easy to use and reasonable prices for some of the properties I thought would be higher. I gave 4 stars because Google obviously confused about where I was. I'm military just stationed in Gulfport. Late on a Saturday afternoon, I drove around to a few Realty companies and called the numbers on their doors. Busch was the only one that answered and I was out looking at houses the next day, on a Sunday. Mrs. Stachura was absolutely amazing. She was proactive and literally did all the hard work for me. She provided lists of inspectors, insurance companies, reminded me of upcoming due dates, everything I needed to do my due diligence and be prepared. She made the whole process of buying a house extremely easy and fun even. I'd recommend her, hands down, to my closest family and friends. I am now a happy home owner and can't thank her and Busch Realty enough.

I was getting ready to write a review of my last experience with Busch Reality Group when I noticed one negative review for Mrs Busch. I don’t dispute other reviews often but I’m compelled to dispute a review recently accusing Mrs Busch of being disreputable and dishonest. THAT COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. I have dealt with her on several occasions and am currently using her to help my mother sell her home. This woman has integrity and and would not dare to “bait and switch” a price to lure a potential customer. I believe that it was simply a mistake and it seems in this day and age we are not allowed to do that or we are accused of doing something dishonorable. I’m really upset about this because Mrs Busch sold my daughter a home 2 years ago. The appraisal didn’t come in at the amount the seller was trying to get for the home. Jodi gave us the absolute best advice and we followed it thank God. My daughter got her first home at a much better price than what we expected and it was due to the hard work of our realtor. Jodi will make the impossible happen with my mom’s house and she will be able to continue to enjoy her retirement. I wouldn’t put this task in any hands but the hands of Jodi Busch and her group.

My experience with Jodi Busch and Busch Reality has restored my faith in people. After moving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2012 I started looking for a home. I unfortunately had gone through a divorce a few years earlier that damaged my credit! After a horrific experience with with another company I found Jodi. Jodi Busch sit down with me and walked me through the process and what I needed to do to qualify...most people may have used this as an opportunity to take advantage of someone in my position, not Jodi Busch! she guided me to a local lender Sunny Mucelli that got me preapproved at an excellent rate. The story doesn't stop there. Jodi found my wife and I the perfect home and we purchased, as you would expect not everything in the home was perfect but Jodi made sure the seller agreed to the repairs in the contract. After a year of back and forth with the seller and JODI BUSCH never leaving my side the seller was held to the contract and repairs were done. My wife and I decided we wanted to downsize a year or so later so guess who I turned too...Jodi Busch and Busch Reality!!! Not only did Jodi sell my home in under two months in a saturated market but she got me over what I paid for it. Wow outstanding work. Jodi then listened to my wants and found the perfect home for us in that same time period! We closed and opened on the same day at the same time...Jodi you rock!!! Well after two more years and many friends recommended to Busch Reality I have since sold that home and moved to Birmingham Al. Yes Busch Reality sold my home for well over appraisal price. I love Busch Reality and Jodi and Mark Busch have become lifelong family friends. When I return to Mississippi I will return to Busch Reality and if you pass an opportunity to work with this wonderful woman you will never forgive yourself.

As I started my search online for a home in the Southern Mississippi area, Carolyn "Susie" Stachura from Busch Realty gave me a call on a home I was interested in viewing. From the first call, I knew she was the ONE. I was PCSing from Andrews AFB, MD so it was important for me to find a realtor that knew the Keesler AFB surrounding area well and give me situational awareness to the local areas for finding a home. Susie was very responsive, always reliable and knew how to work text as good as any millennial which was a plus! She went above and beyond by visiting homes I was interested in using video chat being that I was in a different state. When I visited during House Hunting, we integrated exceptionally well and she read my mind for the style I was looking for between used homes and new home.
