I've never seen/experienced such professional workmanship from a realtor for his client. Kevin Yoder went above and beyond in presenting our house on the market and to 'that group' which our house most likely would be sold too. Being an Army Soldier myself, we were trained to have 'backup' plans for ANY SUTUATION we were going to be in. Planning was so very important, and GOOD PLANNING determined the outcome many times. You DON'T WAIT for them, but rather take charge and have 'them' deal with you sooner than later. And that is what Kevin did and why he is so successful. He knows exactly what needs to be done AND WHEN IT SHOULD BE DONE. 👏🤝🇺🇸

We hired Kevin Yoder to sell our house last September 2021. We interviewed three realtors and when he showed up we blown away on how prepared and professional he was. He had so many tools to sell our house. And We sold it in about two weeks for a good price. Our goal was to move to Florida before winter and he made that happen. We actually heard about Yoder from working with another realtor as buyers. Our realtor at the time basically said that when Yoder wanted a price, he got that price. Naturally, we interviewed with him when selling, and we were not disappointed. Kevin is about as pleasant and easy to work with as you could ask for. The whole process went smoothly, and we were, gratefully, completely hands off once moved out. Most importantly, we got the best price we could hope for. The difference between asking and our final offer didn't dramatically change the closing fee, but it was significantly more in our pocket, which I think speaks volumes.

As he met with us in person at the property, I was impressed that he listened to our concerns before offering his opinions. He answered all questions truthfully and he said he would be in touch with us through the selling process. He did not disappoint! Having the ability to do digital staging was a game changer- something other realtors were unwilling to do or would charge additional fees to do. Congratulations and accolades to Kevin Yoder and his team for an excellent experience selling my home. Being hesitant to list with a real estate agent due to previous involvement with others in the field, I initially created an online listing as a “for sale by owner.” Soon thereafter, numerous agents contacted me and encouraged me to list with them. There was something different, though, when I received a call from Mr. Yoder. He quickly gained my confidence and, during our initial meeting, elaborated on the benefits of having a professional handle the process, to which I am very grateful. He and his team (especially Andrea with Agent Concierge Services and Kelly) were very proficient; prompt in their responses to phone calls and questions; knowledgeable; and exceptionally pleasant to work with. In the recent market where bidding wars drove up house prices far beyond a sellers expectation I did not think a experienced realtor was all that necessary. Boy was a I wrong! We switched to Yoder from another realtor for our buying agent we were not happy with. We started out trying FSBO which was a spam nightmare. There was no one to vet who was coming into our home. We had several showings as FSBO but had no idea if these people were preapproved and later found out many of them were "just looking". The market quickly shifted with a interest rate hike and everything came to a screeching halt in real estate. I am so thankful we linked arms with Yoder Real Estate! Kevin Yoder's team provides service far exceeding my expectations. Kevin called or sent a video every Monday explaining what was happening in our area and discussed strategy. He was very accessible. He was our selling agent. Bruce Higgins was our buying agent and Bruce was amazing. There really weren't many houses coming on the market. Bruce was contacting even FSBO to see if any homes fit our check list and was always available for showings knowing that with a low inventory getting in for a showing quickly was critical. Some realtors won't even work with FSBO. The attention to detail from their whole team was really something. They eat, breathe and sleep this industry. The pictures of our home were professional and showcased everything we love about our house. They have everything streamlined so well that a difficult, stressful process was made that much easier. I couldn't recommend them enough. At the end of this process, they felt like friends! I can understand perfectly now why some people say "I've got a realtor". Because now, we do too!

I am so happy that I went with Yoder, specifically with my realtor, Leslie Miller. She goes above and beyond, responding quickly to anything you might need from her in the home buying process. She was almost always one step ahead of me and had already reached out to listings on my behalf before I had even seen them which is super important in this competitive market. There are a hundred good things I could say about Leslie and the team at Yoder and I wish I could write them all down. Unfortunately. I think google has a word limit on reviews, so here are only a few. As a first time home buyer, she made sure I knew what the process looked like from the very beginning and made sure I always knew what the next step was going to be once we were under contract on my new home. She was patient with me, taking time to really understand what I was looking for in a home, even though I might have changed my mind a hundred different times as I toured different ones and got a better grasp of the market. She would walk me through and point out any red flags that she was seeing in the structural integrity of the homes even if I was looking at the place with rose colored glasses, proving that she isn't looking to make a quick sell, but is truly trying to find you the home that is a good value and will fit your needs. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Yoder Real Estate Team stood out as the best Michigan has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Dan and then met with him at their office. He spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Dan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house sold amazingly fast and above our asking price. We accepted and Dan (Emily Anderson and Alyssa Johansson, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process.
