Can I give 6 stars???? We were out of town and out of state buyers and Robert went above and beyond the call of duty to make our cottage purchase a successful process. We were not on our own to find the proper professionals before and after the purchase. Robert was there with top notch contacts that were able to fit our very tight timeframe. Robert and his assistant were very prompt with answers to emails, phone calls and texts. In our case Robert was the listing/sellers agent as well as our (buyers) agent. This was not a problem for Robert. He was able to successfully and honestly work with the seller and buyer to make sure everyone got their needs met. We asked him to find us, in the dead of winter, a furnished, move-in ready home on a specific lake that sees maybe 5 sales a year, with no active listings for months.
