Absolutely love renting from River Rock property. Their maintenance team is amazing. The few times I've had maintenance issues, they've sent their techs out right away to get the issues fixed. Any time I've had questions regarding my lease or monthly rent the ladies in the office have always answered my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. All in all it's been a great experience renting from this company.

We’ve only been with River Rock Property for a short period of time but our experience so far has been EXCELLENT! From the time we contacted them to look at a property, through the application process, getting our approval, keys and maintenance. They worked with us in getting into our place earlier than we had initially intended. Their communication has really been fantastic! We had a brand new washer leak oil, and the maintenance gal has been on top of it and has been communicating through the whole process. She’s been great, and our leasing agent was great! They both have been just absolute sweethearts. I feel like they go above and beyond in literally everything they do. I’ve noticed that nobody seems to draw a line in the sand with them. I have yet to hear any excuses of “it’s not my job, it’s someone else’s job or it’s your job” blah blah blah like you sometimes hear from other property management companies. Our leasing agent was out shoveling our sidewalk and driveway when we went to pick up our keys. The maintenance gal was over shoveling out our window wells just last week! They could have very easily just said it’s our responsibility but they didn’t. It’s actually as if your not just another tenant with them, I actually feel like they really care about their tenants and the properties they manage. I highly recommend them.

I have lived here for about 7 months. Everyone I have worked with has been fantastic! The maintenance staff is great, they are prompt and friendly. I have lived in buildings in the past where maintenance made you feel uncomfortable and like what you needed fixed was a burden. Not the case here, maintenance is friendly, prompt and very respectful. I have had a great experience living here.

We've been in our home about 9 months now. We first rented it when the company was called ABC property management. We are very pleased with the service we get from River Rock. Their new website makes paying rent and requesting maintenence really easy. The home we are in is a little older and has had some issues, but they are always very responsive to our needs, sending people who are very professional and knowledgable to fix whatever needs fixing, and in a pretty timely manner.

I love living at R3 Apartments - the building is so clean and my apartment is so beautiful! The floor plan is so unique and open and it’s such a peaceful area. River Rock is amazing to work with and I feel safe living here - my neighbors are so wonderful as well!
