I loved working with Beth Ernst and her team. As a first time homebuyers they walked us through the process and made it as easy as possible in this crazy market. They showed us a large number of houses and never seemed to tire. They also helped suggest things we would like and steer us away from ones that weren’t for us. I used the Ernst group to help me purchase a new construction home in Ankeny. I was moving from out of state, so needed someone that would essentially "be me" on site. Kristen and the entire Ernst team went above and beyond to help me with a difficult builder, went to my new construction to check on progress since I couldn't just 'drive by', and followed up continuously with the builder to make sure everything was on track. Selling a home out of state and building a home in a new location is stressful - needing to ensure all dates are met and closing works as planned. My new home would never have been delivered on time if it was not for the relentless efforts of Kristen and the entire Ernst group! I would use this team over and over again - I can't imagine any better service than what they provided. Even after I moved in, they helped with advice and names of contractors in the area for different needs. The Ernst group is truly a full service, above and beyond realty company.
