Moving cross states is a huge ordeal, especially when you don't know anyone and have people you trust in the new location. Brett's network is extensive, and he set us up with the most amazing seller agency in Chicago, who helped us sell our house purchased only 3 years prior for $30K higher than we purchased, and they did it in 30 days. I can't recommend Brett as a realtor enough. I am going to be honest. Due to a few factors, I was concerned that my condo would be on the market for quite some time. Brett immediately came up with some ideas that he felt would generate interest, and the showings were nonstop. In a very short time, we had an offer. Due to some circumstances with an assessment, the negotiation process was a little more involved than it would normally be. Brett was incredible at this part of the process.
