Andrea with Amy Wienands was great! She literally answered my every beckon call, even on holidays. We worked together from Mid 2020 up until my purchase in June 2022. She was very realistic with me about the process of purchasing during Covid, how frequently things changed and how we needed to adapt our approach for offers. 4/5 stars only because purchasing during this time was very challenging as most in the same situation would know. Due to such high demand - agents were spread very thin amongst all of the buyers and sellers combined. I feel as if I were to have purchased at a different time, in a different economy the experience would have been entirely different. Aimee went to this home and virtually walked through this home with us. Then after we had decided to bid on this home she worked close with us to secure the purchase. Amy Wienands is the only Realtor I will ever use. 2 years ago, a friend told me that he was literally blown away by the service he received from Amy’s company, so when I began exploring the possibility of moving, I went with her. I couldn’t agree more! I was blown away as well. In 40 years of various moves in many different states this was by far my best experience. I would say that for the person who desires an active hand in their home sale and home purchase Amy can help you get it done. For me however, I needed someone to take control and tell me what to do in order to get the best results and the fastest results, and that is exactly what happened. My existing home needed some work, lots of cleaning, and much de-cluttering. It seemed so daunting that I had been putting off the idea of moving for many years. And the newer homes that I was interested in seemed out of reach for that reason and many more. When I came across a home for sale that our entire family fell in love with, I took the risk and gave Amy a call to discuss options and possibilities. After a single meeting with Amy I was filled with hope and excitement! Amy helped me develop a “to do” list to get my house ready for showing, helped me price the home given the market and the neighborhood, and we developed a timeline for getting things done. Amy came to my home several times to see how things were coming along and gave additional recommendations along the way. Her advice was much appreciated. We were fortunate enough to have Amy as well as the listing agent for the newer home we desired. Once again, I was impressed how Amy steered me through the entire process of home inspection, requesting repairs, and negotiations on the price. Amy was also able to give specific recommendations and advice on financial options for the whole deal and was with us every step of the way to make things go smoothly. Amy’s support team is incredible and they handle so many details that make life easier for the home buyer/seller. It is hard for me to believe how quickly everything fell into place. It was on April 3 when I even decided to look at a home that I fell in love with, but thought was out of reach. On July 2 I moved into this new home! I know how much work went on behind the scenes but for me it seemed all so easy. We were able to negotiate a great price on a great newer home, and regarding my existing home it was even more unbelievable! My prior home was in a good neighborhood and after following each and every one of Amy’s recommendations I felt really good about asking for a price in the upper end of the price range for homes like mine. Imagine the surprise when Amy’s text messages come through stating that “bids were starting to come in”. Not one bid but several! The bottom line is that Amy and her team sold my home in 6 days and for $6,000 over my asking price!! So, I will close the way I started: Amy Wienands is the only Realtor I will ever use!!
