Working with Maddy Hollar and Kira Fleischer was absolutely amazing!!! They are extremely knowledgeable within their trade and made the process effortless. They worked with me in purchasing a condo for my mother. It's not the first time I've purchased property, therefor I am familiar with the process and do my due diligence. When Working with Maddy and Kira, they are the perfect tandem, especially for what I needed. We toured 4-6 different condos and as you can imagine, my process was very different than my 70 year old mothers. This is where the dynamic duo (Maddy & Kira) stepped in perfectly! I must have ask one million question at each property we toured, with my mother having questions of her own. Maddy & Kira took it upon themselves to cater to each of our needs separately, and in the end making it easier for my mom and I to think about our decisions as a cohesive unit. The town of Denver is flooded with out-of-town realtors who are here to make an easy buck on Denver's hot market, Maddy & Kira are not those type of realtors. But instead to insure that it is the correct decision for their client and bring forward absolute clarity and professionalism. Both women grew up in Denver, therefore they have a better understanding of the growth and changes of this city. Unlike realtors who moved here recently from California and other states. I will 100% be using Maddy & Kira again in the future. My mother and I throughly enjoyed our time working with both woman. Undoubtedly I have full confidence in working with one or the other separately as well. If could write Matt Malloy a double eagle 8 star review, I would. I'm still not sure it would do him justice for the excellent service quality my wife and I received. The hustle, communication and smoothness of the entire process seem as if there was nothing we had to do on our end. We struggled to find a land surveyor and that jeopardized extending closing. Matt called almost 30 surveyors to aid in us keeping the closing date. This wasn't another property sale, as Matt got to know our goals for the land and made sure we found land that would be able to make our dreams a reality. We can't thank Matt enough. For everything.

My husband and I worked with Maddy Hollar and she was wonderful to work with. The initial meeting we had with her was a great intro to the real estate world, as she provided a welcome packet which had some really great tips and summaries of how to purchase a home. We were absolute newbies at this and she made it easy. Anytime we had a question or wanted to see a home she was highly responsive and always got back to us very quickly. She has a great personality and while touring homes she would give her honest feedback about the property, which we really appreciated. After accepting a new job in another state, I needed to sell my condo as part of the process. I interviewed multiple agents and chose Jenny due to her knowledge of the area and experience specifically with the type of unit and building I was in. Jenny laid out the process and helped me decide what work should be done prior to listing the unit. She had recommendations for multiple contractors and was able to schedule them after I had moved to my new location. Once ready, she created the listing which was very well done. A quick offer was made and Jenny helped me though a very short negotiating process, including a small bit after the inspection. Sean did an amazing job of listing my house at with an aggressive asking price. He completely set me up for success with getting the house ready for pictures and scheduling between 20-30 showings in the very first weekend it was on the market. We received an offer well above asking price 2 days after the house was listed. Through the inspection resolution process, Sean fought to get me as much money as possible and even helped with resolving the inspection objections. Because of his efforts, the house closed on time and very little had to be given through the inspection objection process, thus maximizing my return! In addition to all of this, he was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process (even on the days where I called him a million times to figure out problems with the house). If any of our family or close friends were looking for a home I would strongly encourage them to use Matt Wilson. We just purchased a home with Matt as our broker and could not have done it without his help. We purchased the home sight unseen only through Matt's eyes. He walked us through the house using Zoom numerous times making recommendations and noting areas in the home of interest and concern. He represented us through every step of the purchase. He even hired a contractor to address the inspection punch list. Since the closing he's made daily trips to the house to receive packages we shipped, has gone to Home Depot to pick up a new door in his truck, and recently even went to Comcast and then installed the Wi-Fi so it would be working when we arrived.
