I can't say enough great things about Jeff and his customer service at Homie Real Estate. He helped me navigate some personal roadblocks in selling the property and when the first deal fell through do to an inspection issue he was there to support me through the relisting and he wasn't about the quick easy close I truly felt like he was looking out for my best interest. I would definitely use Homie again not only because of Jeff, but his team and the others that assisted throughout the admin process made everything seamless.

A year before we listed our home we knew we wanted to use Homie. Listing our townhome with Homie made selling so smooth and easy! We loved the fact that you could start the process online and then they handled everything from there (listing on multiple sites, photos, virtual tour, etc.). We worked with Justin Hawkins in Parker, CO and I can't recommend him enough! He was friendly, efficient, quick to respond, and at the end of the day I felt he always had our best interest in mind. When our first buyer fell through, he had a second one lined up in the same day. He is such a great asset to the Homie Team! Our agent, Jeff, and the rest of the Homie team were perfect for what we needed. Many other agents and agencies will tell you that Homie is not full-service, and is a limited service agency -- because they are trying to hold on to their high commissions that should not be charged anymore. Homie is full-service. You save a ton of money. When the majority of selling/buying stems from listing it in your local MLS, there is absolutely no need to pay such high commissions. Unless you need a TON of hand-holding and major help with getting your house ready for selling, there is no need to use a traditional agent at full commission. Along with their marketing/photography team, Jeff completed the necessary phone calls, back-and-forth, negotiations, and paperwork that all agents do.

Had the most positive experience working with Homie to sell my home! Knowing what the market is like in Colorado, I really didn't want to pay an arm and leg in realtor fees to sell a home when I knew for sure it would sell easily. However, I also wanted the resources such as the ability to list on MLS (which, can only be done by realtors). Homie was the best of all the worlds - flat realtors fee ($3,500) plus all of the resources of a realtor. I was able to work with the lovely Batya Cruz (which, I will likely use when I sell my next place down the line too). She was super responsive, organized, understanding and flexible. She was realistic in letting me know expectations but definitely had my back when I pushed back on things from the buyer's realtor. Showing the home was easy - they text you on showing requests and you text Y or N. Surely enough, home went under contract within a day of being listed. I also used Homie Title Company which was super convenient and easy. It was SO seamless and easy that I had to reach out several times to Batya and the title company to ask what else I needed to do because surely it couldn't be this easy? Nope, everything was handled. They were super responsive in letting me know what was needed and when. I was traveling on the day of closing so they let me sign all my documents remotely with a notary who worked virtually. Couldn't be easier. I would HIGHLY recommend Homie to those who are in a good market to sell. Here's what you need to know about expectations on your end: you will need to be slightly more involved (i.e. ensuring your home is good to go for showings), things move quickly so make sure you're on top of your stuff (i.e. having all information easily on hand, responding quickly to requested information), pivot for earlier timelines (sometimes, I wasn't notified about things until a few days before so making sure I was flexible and letting them know if something wasn't realistic). I honestly will only use Homie from now on - it's the new age of real estate and I absolutely am here for it! If you can expand to the rest of the US, that would be great!

Had a great experience with Homie, and our listing agent, Justin Hawkins. The process was smooth, fairly well organized, and painless. Photos happened in a day, and we listed 2 days later. Requests for showings started coming in immediately via text for me to approve or decline. The system automatically schedules showings to not overlap, which was great! The costs were transparent and I didn't feel like there was a "gotcha" at all—and it turned out to be a much more competitive rate than other online e-agents like Redfin. Overall, we're glad we went with Homie and would recommend them to anyone considering it.

We also used Homie for title services and that went smoothly, even signing via e-notary remotely. It was a bit of a gamble going with Homie rather than a more conventional path and it literally paid off: We paid a $3k sellers agent fee (versus over $25k at the traditional 3% commission) at closing and feel like we received equivalent service to what we would have received from a traditional agent. I would unequivocally recommend Jeff and Homie.

I sold my home though Homie and wanted to share the experience. For those that don't know, Homie is primarily a realty web service with agents that help you through the process. Jeff Grob was the agent I worked with and he was great. He provided advice on what to fix before listing our home as well as answered many many questions along the way. He reviewed offers received and provided advice on what to accept/reject/counter. He also helped us find contractors to resolve the minor issues discovered during inspection. This is my second home sold through Homie, and I recommend Homie to all I know. Jeff and the Homie team are the kind of people who help you sell your home the way you want to sell it and will provide the level of support you want. Homie's fees are very reasonable and provide a fee to value ratio far above any other real estate companies I've come across. My only complaint is they don't cover the entire US, so I can't use them in the state I'm moving to.

I recommend Homie.com highly. Can't imagine using anyone else? Had a few initial problems with the listing agreement. eContract (used for all other contracts) was easier/quicker. The Homie-Support staff were very helpful and so were Troy and Tina at Homie Title (accommodating and very efficient/trouble free). Batya Cruz (seller agent) was the BEST! She let me have a voice in the proceedings and managed ALL of the showings to give buyers a "fair chance" to tour my home (pretty hectic weekend for her). 70+ showings in 3 1/2 days and 14 contract offers!!! SOLD FOR SUBSTANTIALLY MORE THAN ASKING... Forgot to mention...I saved about $10,000 in fees.
