We have had the pleasure to work with Regina as buyers (twice) and sellers! She helped us find our first home after we searched over 30 different properties the first go round and with patience, diligence, and detailed follow up we found our FIRST home. And now 8 years later we knew that we needed the BEST realtor to help us sell and buy during one of the craziest housing markets ever. The MLS posting, beautiful video, open houses, and respectful & timely correspondence got us to the sale of our home quickly! A friend of mine convinced me to look into buying a home instead of renting and recommended that I work with Regina. I was what I can only imagine is a realtors worst nightmare. I had a very limited budget, wanted to be in a very specific area, and expected to still get all the things. Regina never once made me feel like I was being unreasonable and took me through TONS of houses. She tolerated my very none specific feedback when we would look at a house that, on the surface should have met all my criteria, but I still didn't want and I couldn't tell her why. Eventually I found a house I loved and despite going into contract "AS IS" she helped negotiate some repairs that needed to be done. When we went did the final walk through and there were items that they had agreed to repair that had not been done correctly she wasted no time contacting the sellers agent and having them send over their contractor so she could show them exactly what needed to be corrected before I would be closing.
