Working with Michael was extremely quick, easy and enjoyable. This was my first home purchase and I was expecting it to be a grueling process, but everything went smoothly and Michael helped me save as much money as possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Columbus area. He was sure to make sure I knew the numbers and what to expect with the purchasing process. Michael is the best realtor we have worked with, he goes above and beyond for you. We ask a lot of questions, he answers if for some reason he doesn't know the answer he will get it for you. We loved how thorough he is walking through the home with you, looking at things very closely. Showing us the numbers, and his economic experience. If we needed anything or just a question he is always there for you. We loved working with Michael, He made our experience joyful. I highly recommend Michael .

It's been 2 years since we bought our house with Mr Bishop. He was very honest and helpful throughout the buying process. He we are 2 years later. And he is still available to offer advice and provide contacts to help with our home. Service after the sale is the mark of an honorable salesman. There's not many that continue to help you after they've made their sale. We had a bad experience with a contractor remodeling our laundry room. Contacted Mike about it after we let the contractor go from the job. He stopped by in person and hooked us up with Shane at Riteway construction. They finished the job properly. Michael is the most caring and patient real estate agent anyone will ever meet. Even in this crazy housing market, Michael kept us grounded and thinking straight. When things would seem dire, Michael would reel us back in, and make sure we put in logical and appropriate bids. Michael himself is also very knowledgable in the mechanical/electrical/plumbing parts of the house, and is able to identify if any of those areas have any issues, and/or needed to be fixed or replaced. Michael also enjoys running numbers and comps for the other houses in the area, and tries to make sense of them. This is another area he has been extremely great at, and was the most vital resource in our bid decision making, and our eventual success with our first house. All in all, Michael’s services is unlike any other. I will definitely be using his services again in any future properties, selling my own, or referring to friends and family.

Our property has a beautiful barn with 2 horse stables, a stocked pond, a greenhouse, a chicken coop, and a building my wife will convert to a photography studio. It is a rare find mere blocks from civilization but feels like we are in the country with 4 acres. We already converted the house to include one more room (my office) and are loving it.
