We've rented with 7Rent for 2 years and have had the best experience with them. Winnie, Angel, & Chris are all super friendly & responsive. We've only had 1 or 2 minor issues and they were fixed quickly. They truly care about their tenants and view them as people and not just dollar signs. It's clear they understand that making their customers the #1 priority will lead to a successful business. Thank you to the whole 7rent team for taking care of us these last 2 years!

I am not sure why it’s putting my business account and not my personal however, I was a tenant for over 2 years. Winnie and her staff have always been attentive and helpful with any issues I had during my stay in one of their Dublin properties. Unfortunately, I had some circumstances that resulted in me having to relocate and they were fair and accommodating when going through the process to terminate my lease. I highly recommend 7rent! I had a great experience and will come back in the future for any renting needs!

Without a doubt the best company we have rented from. We initially looked into them due to their stellar reviews and nice properties and after about a year and a half with them we can definitely say they've lived up to their reputation. Winnie is always very responsive to our messages. Maintenance crew members Chris and Eddie are some of the nicest guys in the business, they work hard and quickly, and always make sure things are done well. When we have them come in for maintenance I never have to worry that whatever they are fixing is just a bandaid to the real issue.

I had the opposite of your typical college landlord experience through 7Rent! They were super kind and always made sure we were on the same page with terms. Winnie always notified us when someone was going to enter the apartment which made me feel safe as a young woman on a college campus. We even got sent a Christmas card! 7rent is a great company to chose if you’re looking for people who really care.

I am very pleased with the services and interactions with 7Rent. We lived in one of the homes for a year and I couldn't have been happier. If there were any maintenance issues they were dealt with in a very efficient manner and around my schedule, which was so helpful being a working mother. Due to 7Rent being a family owned company, I was able to be in direct contact with the owner. Unfortunately, I came upon some financial difficulties and the owner was willing to work with me to help resolve the issue. The only reason that I no longer reside in one of the properties is that I needed to downsize. Unfortunately, 7Rent did not have any property available that fit my needs. I would absolutely recommend 7Rent to anyone looking for a rental home in central Ohio!

My roommate and I have had an excellent experience with this company. Winnie/Robert and their head maintenance technician, Chris, are very responsive. I have seen the care they put into their properties in making them move in ready. They truly care about your experience with them and find a home that is right for you. You will not find another company that treats you like family like they do. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great people and even better company goals.

She helped me find a new roommate during my law school finals, and was truly invested in making sure my apartment was safe. They are so kind and and every time we talk even it is enjoyable and personable. Recently, they did renovations on our home and it was done beautifully and it made it easy to decide to keep renting. They handled a rotten tree trunk issue quickly and allowed us to paint a couple of rooms while living in the apartment. Property manager was good with our dog during tours.

While out of town, we had a tree fall onto the house. We returned two days later and the roof had already been patched up and the tree removed. Within a week, the roof was completely replaced and the internal damage to a bedroom was repaired. 7Rent has proved to me that they put their tenants first. The contractors that they use understand this fully and work hard to keep tenants happy because they know that this keeps their employer happy. 7Rent and their contractors could not have been more responsive to this incident.

I would highly recommend renting with 7rent. Everyone is so nice and helpful! All maintenance requests were handled promptly. We had issues with the dryer and Winnie quickly got us a brand new dryer AND washer.

My family had rented a property with 7rent for roughly 3 years. During this period there are inevitably some fixes needed, from minor issues like malfunction of garbage disposal, to big issue like dysfunction of a dishwasher. The owners (Winnie and Robert) and the crew are very professional and always respond in a timely manner, especially when our dishwasher failed to work, they instantly placed an order for replacement and have it installed within a few days at their own cost. We decided to move out for we are transitioning into home owner. We liked the service and rental experience a lot, that we actually hired Robert to be our agent to help us with the home purchasing. We are very glad we chose them, they are very kind and honest, and always put our interest at their priority. Thanks to their dedicated help, the process was amazingly quick, it took my family one week to find the house we loved, and 1 month to close it. When we finally moved out of the rental place, Winne and Robert were so nice that they voluntarily waived several large bills, including cleaning, bulk garbage disposing, amongst other fees for we had to close the rental agreement earlier than the original contract. I would highly recommend this company especially if you are newly moved to the area, they are very genuine people with a lot of local contacts they can refer you to. My family are still staying touch with them for our own future house upgrades/renovations.
