Tom Culclasure and his team are nothing less than excellent. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I reached out to National Land inquiring about being represented on a piece of property listed by another realtor. Being my first land purchase, I was nervous and completely ignorant of the entire process. Tom called me the very next day and quickly that was turned to comfort and confidence. His team had an answer for all of my questions - dumb and tough alike. I was impressed with Tom and his team’s network of professionals from the surveyors to the closing attorney. Through no fault of theirs, (coronavirus, many surveyors being completely booked for weeks, the county processing paperwork and questions slower than usual - you name it) we ran into a few delays that required extensions to the contract. Despite what could make a buyer become nervous or frustrated, Tom and his team stuck with me, and I never felt they didn’t have me covered. I contacted National Land Realty agent Nick Ardis back in September via email. I was inquiring about large land holdings that might be for sale in South Carolina. I noted in my email that I was from New Hampshire and was looking for a piece of property that I would be able to live on and recreate on during the winter months. My wife and I are trying to escape the long cold snowy weather back in New Hampshire. Nick returned my emails and we developed a rapport. Most other realtors I contacted never bothered to return my inquiries. Nick forwarded many listings to me for my review and never gave up believing that I was a serious buyer even when I told him that the earliest I could come see a property would be in December. I reviewed the properties provided and made arrangements to fly down and view the listings. Most of the properties did not suit me upon my personal inspection, but I did initially like one. Unfortunately, subsequent visits to the property I initially approved of, did not meet my stringent requirements. Although I ended up with a contract on a piece of property being shown by a competitor, I felt that I was well represented by Nick. Nick answered all of my inquiries in a timely if not by immediate response, whether by email, text or telephone. All requests for advice, information and details were handled expeditiously. Because I was purchasing from out of the area, I had to rely upon Nick’s guidance far more than I would have had to were I a local purchaser. Nick was up to the task! I think anyone looking to be represented by a realtor, either from the buyer or seller side of a real estate transaction, would be hard pressed to be better represented than the service provided by Nick Ardis!

Edward was immensely patient and really good at educating us to better understand the potential market value of the property we owned. It took time.
