This is a bittersweet review as I leave this... It was six years ago that we were referred to Liz Sullivan at Home Advantage Realty. But it was a "blind date" situation! My realtor here at home (in Virginia) had just found Liz for us and received a referral fee for doing so. We were looking for a home for our daughter who attended the University of South Carolina. We had hoped that Liz was going to be a good realtor for us because we didn't know the area and was trusting her with our daughter's safety for her last 3 years of school. Liz met with our daughter, saw 3 homes, and within 24 hours, we had an offer in on a home that ended up not only housing our daughter, but our son who attended the university as well! It was the most flawless and easiest transaction we have ever done in our lives. The house was in the perfect location for our kids, just 2 miles away from campus, for a great price, and in a very safe location. It was as if Liz bought the home for her own child, even though she had just met our daughter. Liz's extensive and unparalleled knowledge of the entire area (and industry) was second to none! She knew every part of town, inside and out. She helped negotiate our contract beautifully! Through the years, no matter what we needed, Liz was so helpful and responsive, with names of tradespeople she used, who helped us with odds and ends. Six years later... we have just now sold our home with Liz, waiting for the next buyers to start their lives in the cute little home that Liz helped us buy. Again, this was the easiest transaction that we have done. Liz watched out for us the entire time! Thank you, Liz Sullivan, for all of your hard work and help through the years. We love and thank you for watching over our kids and could not have asked for a better realtor who looked out for our best interests each and every time. We are sad that we have now left the Columbia area, but we have a friend for life!!!

To be honest, I don't think we could have had a better experience selling our home during the peak of a public health crisis. Having lived in Columbia for a year, I was in the market to purchase a home. As a first-time home-buyer, I naturally had some reservations and lots of questions running through my mind. Jill Moylan set me up with regular house updates matching the location, price point and size of the home I was looking for and we were able to find several matches within a week. Thanks to her wide network of mortgage brokers, closing attorneys and inspectors, the entire buying process took just about 30 days and went smoothly as ever .
