The moving process can be stressful but Jeremy made it a lot easier! Jeremy was the most professional, thorough, and supportive leasing agent I’ve ever had. When I first contacted Luxury Living Jeremy got back to me almost immediately. He attentively asked me what I needed in an apartment and then sent me a detailed list of apartments matching my criteria. Jeremy was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question or needed more information about an apartment. And on the day of the tours he was outgoing, accommodating, and helpful. My mom and I had so much fun touring/working with Jeremy and if I ever need another leasing agent I’ll b requesting him. 10/10

I recently relocated from Austin to Chicago. I had no idea what I was doing and contacted a few different companies to help with my apartment search. JEREMY. IS. IT!!! Looking for your next apartment can be overwhelming, Jeremy made this whole process so easy!! I was absolutely blown away by the apartments he had us tour. He asked all the right questions that you may not even realize are relevant details to narrow down your next home. He pays great attention to detail, has a great personality, and comes ready with notes of available apartments, different floor plans, pricing, and move in dates. He was even available after to answer questions about the application process. I also appreciated that he was willing to drive together to each tour, that way we could unwind pros & cons in between each one. Jeremy takes a very client-based approach and listens (& of course remembers) what you are looking for, which made my boyfriend & I so happy that we found Jeremy. If you get Tristen for this process, just know he will find you the absolute best apartment and make it extremely easy. He is seriously one of the most genuine people and seriously loves his job. He was an architect before doing this so he really knows what a good apartment is built like. He made lists of apartments for me, organized a full day of tours and knew literally everyone from these buildings so it was just insanely easy. If you are debating on using somebody else or a different firm, I highly suggest you don’t and just stick with Luxury Living, because they are the best.

I feel so fortunate I connected with Angel. From day 1, she was kind, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me put a list of properties in River North and scheduled all the showings. I'm moving to Chicago from another state so I had to fly for the weekend to see the apartments. Angel made the whole experience so easy: she picked me up at my hotel (which she kindly recommended), took me to all the showings which only took a few hours and by the end of the day I picked my place, applied and got approved within 48 hours. I wouldn't have known about the building if it weren't for her, since it's brand new and not many students know about it! Madeline was incredibly helpful in my search for a new apartment in Chicago. I described to her what I was looking for and she provided me with a list of excellent properties to see and she coordinated visits for me to see all of them almost immediately. I ultimately decided to move into one of the units that she showed me. She really gave me a lot of very valuable 'insider information' that I never would have known otherwise, such as letting me know that one of the units I was considering was going to have a new building built across the street soon and she wanted to make sure I was aware of the possibility of construction noise and an altered view. I work for one of the largest CPG firms in the world and my move was covered under our corporate relocation plan - they set me up with a 'realtor' from one of the "big name" realty agencies, but I was completely disappointed by the realtor they set me up with - she basically asked me what properties I wanted to see and didn't offer any insight or valuable perspectives. My experience with Madeline was so much better than with the 'big name' realtor they set me up with, I would have paid for Madeline's service over what my company had given me for free. Hands down wonderful experience dealing with Luxury Living Chicago.

After each showing, we debriefed so that he could narrow his list down even further based on what I said I liked and disliked. Though we saw a fair amount of apartments, we went at a good pace and every tour was made interesting by Tristen’s unmatched knowledge of the architecture of the specific building and the history of Chicago. After filling out an inquiry online, Tristen reached out immediately for a phone conservation about what I was looking for. Next, he sent me curated listings that fit my ideal apartment in terms of location, view, price, etc. and suggested I try to pick my favorite 5-10. After I picked my top 10 we had a video chat to narrow that down to which apartments I wanted to tour. She was so patient and NEVER pushy, which I appreciated it, I never felt rushed or pressured to decide. Over the past 3 months, Luxury Living has done such an incredible job helping me secure an apartment in Chicago. More specifically, Tamara has done an incredible job. While she was extremely professional, I didn't see her as just a businesswoman- I saw her as my friend who was looking out for my best interests. That's the demeanor she carried with her, and it made searching for apartments a hassle-free, fun experience. My dream apartment is in a complex that wasn't even my first choice, but thanks to the great deal Tamara found on it I couldn't pass it up. If it wasn't for her, I would certainly still be looking.
