There are not enough stars to express how incredible Mistie is. We met Mistie in 2020. She was the realtor who was the most responsive and determined to earn our business. Mistie helped us list our home in town, she guided us through every step of the process. She gave us amazing contacts who helped us get our home ready to sell. Mistie made the selling of our home seamless. Mistie also helped us find our forever home out of town. We went to numerous showings, had countless questions and Mistie was graciously by our side through it all. Her availability to her clients is unmatched. Mistie went above and beyond every single step in the process of selling and buying. She has continued to be a resource for any and all home/life needs. It was May, 2011. My Wife and l, Robert and Debra Gray were living in Salina Kansas. But circumstances with our Parents, heatlh, took a turn in a direction, that we all dread. We decided to return to our Rocky Mountain roots, to be nearer to our Parents. So l told my Wife, "You sell our home in Salina, and ill go and Buy a home in Cheyenne. So, l made several calls to Cheyenne Realtors. Got no response. I was reaching out, to several. Then l tried, Mistie Woods. Thirty Seven minutes later, my phone rang. It was Mistie. She invited me to meet with her. I came to Cheyenne, as l was already staying in Greeley, Colorado. Mistie, presented several listings. So Mistie, worked up a plan, to show me some listed properties. She took me, in her vehicle, and we began the Journey. For about 4 days, Mistie showed me homes. I had to be sure, that l chose wisely, as l was here, and Deb was still in Kansas. So l had to pick, what would make my Wife happy. Mistie,even told me, "Well l know with more incite, what Debbie would like, so im gonna eliminate, these 4 homes, as lm sure, she wouldnt approve. No luck that week. But Sunday came, and Mistie, called me, and said, "Bob", we had an appointment for Wednesday, but l know of a Property, that is coming availiable at 1:00 pm, on Monday. I believe that this is what Deb would like! You be here at 11am. We need to jump on this, because it wont last"! On Monday, at 12:55 pm, we were there! She showed me the house at 1: 11 pm, and we made an offer, putting our home "Under Contract"! Wow, Mistie was a Go Getter! She was Our Angel! We are so Happy, with our Home! Thank You Mistie!
