Megan Barr was fantastic at helping us find our house. My husband and I were moving from Hawaii to Wyoming and began the house hunting process online. We emailed some agents from various realty firms in Cheyenne and Megan was the only one to respond back. Megan was enthusiastic about being our realtor and was happy to be our eyes and ears in Cheyenne. She gladly would check out houses we saw online and would provide us an honest assessment of the property. The Megan Barr group made buying a house fun. This was a 5 STAR experience and we would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking to buy a house or property in Cheyenne. This was our first time buying a home, and going in to the experience was very daunting to say the least. I originally had had a realtor who worked with a different organization, he answered every other day, and kind of had me feel dumb for some of the questions I had. Thankfully we decided to try the realtor who was showing the next property we were to see. Stacey Gonzales was who we met with, right off the back the experience didnt feel pressuring, rather it seemed to make sure it met what we were looking for. We saw about 3 houses, and closed on our home roughly a month after meeting with Stacey and her team. Definitely the best choice for a friendly experience, and who truly feel dedicated to finding your home.
