He was super responsive, as in he answered the phone when I called and when he was not available his staff was always right there. His communication was clear, and his process was transparent without being too burdensome. The negotiation, transaction, and transition of the property to me could not have gone better, I am 100% satisfied with how things went. This guy has the integrity, knowledge, and work ethic that you want in a realtor whether you are buying or selling.
