Melinda is beyond amazing! Extremely hard working and professional. In my situation, I needed a home pronto for my family due to a work relocation and Melinda was on it. She was always reachable and spent many, many hours with me looking at homes in a very short window. She kept me organized and advocated for me every step of the way. I reached out to Melinda late last year as my boyfriend and I were looking to relocate to WV from FL. Melinda took the time to listen to what we were looking for, made amazing suggestions based on our needs, and kept us up to date with the latest listings that matched our requirements. We visited WV prior to moving so we could see some homes in person. Though our trip was short notice, Melinda got showings scheduled and took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered. We continued our home search virtually after our trip, and came across a number of places we were curious about. Melinda visited these homes on our behalf and provided us with video, pictures and her honest assessment, based on our search requirements. When we finally found our new home, Melinda helped every step of the way. She answered our questions, helped us get the septic and water inspection set up, and kept us up to date with everything. Even after closing and moving in, she has reached out to make sure we're doing well and offered help if needed. Melinda is brilliant to work with! I've already recommended her to my dad (who may move to WV also).

Melinda was consistently available and responsive to my questions and needs through out my home buying process. No question or concern I had was too trivial for her to take seriously and address for me.
