Where do I even begin about Esther- I recently purchased a existing restaurant in Williston, and worked with Esther in the process. From the first day I met with Esther she continually educated me on commercial real estate so I could make informed and educated decisions. A commercial lease is so much more than just getting in the space, it determines whether your business will succeed or fail. There are many commercial landlords out there that do not care if there tenants fail and are only in the business of making sales. Esther is your frontline defense against these people. There is no stone left unturned when it comes to closing day. Esther being a great broker of course covered all the real estate details with ease.
