I engaged Tanner Faucett nearly two years ago with hopes of buying my first home. My goal was to buy a two or three unit property that I could owner occupy. I was not able to be approved for a loan at the time but Tanner has a wealth of knowledge in the owner occupied / investment property world and gave me all of the resources and information to set myself up for success in this endeavor. Tanner shared all of this knowledge with me two years ago before any sort of commitment and was nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. Tanners local connections and experience made this an incredibly smooth process from start to finish. Tanner was always incredibly responsive, and answered any questions I had and shared all of his knowledge with me in a no-pressure manner. I have now successfully closed on my first duplex and could not be happier. My husband’s dream for decades has been to have a little seasonal cottage directly on a lake. This year we thought we would see if he liked the Lake Champlain area and he fell in love with it so much we decided to start looking. From the moment we started working with him we noticed all the little things he did to make us feel like we were as important as buyers of a mansion. He opened the lake house up ahead of our appointment and unlocked all the doors. He let us explore the property without breathing down our necks, but also pointed out various aspects about the place since he knows the area well. He checked in on us throughout the sale just to see how we were feeling and helped us with several things like the appraisal, closing companies, homeowners and flood insurance since there were aspects that were different for a vacation home we were unaware of. Conner always made us feel truly cared about and that he was happy to be a part of making my husband’s dream come true. I write this now while sitting on our beautiful deck looking out on the gorgeous waters of Lake Champlain. My husband works hard and I’m so happy to see him unwind and decompress at our little slice of heaven that Conner helped make happen.

From there he answered all questions that we had or found out the answer very quickly.
