I am writing this review because I feel it is necessary to recognize Cabot and Company Real Estate and their agent Suzanne Conway. Suzanne was absolutely great for my daughter to work with. She looked for several weeks in Boston for an apartment and kept coming up empty. My daughter is a college graduate and hasn't been at her job very long. After several rejections from other places we found Suzanne and she scheduled several viewings for us. It didn't take us long to find the right place. It was the first place she showed us. After we submitted the application it took less than 24 hours to get an answer and it was positive. Suzanne listened to what our needs were and to the experience we had at other places. Carol was wonderful to work with. Being from Texas, we didn't know much about the Boston area. Carol took her time to carefully listen to our wants and desires. She then took us to look at a number of Condos, being very patient with us, before we found our "dream unit." Then helped us with negotiations with the buyer and helped us establish a relationship with a bank that we used to get a loan from. My 6+ years of living in a building managed by Cabot have been excellent. With all the bad stories you hear about Boston Landlords, I was shocked to see how responsive they are.
