I live out of state and was looking to purchase a home in Boise. Dusty and the Hoyte Group were referred to me by a friend in the area and they were amazing from start to finish. Dusty had several phone calls with me to explain the process and answer all my questions. I made a trip up to Boise about a month later to meet with Dusty and Elliot and to see some places in person. They were both extremely prepared and professional. They had put together some prospectus' for me to review and get a better idea of the rental market in the area ( I was buying an investment property). Dusty showed me around all of Boise and gave me all his recommendations. After that, I would send him houses I liked and he would go visit them and let me know what he thought. After only a few weeks, Dusty found the perfect house. There were something like 21 other offers on the property but he was able to put in the winning bid on my behalf. I'm still shocked we got the house we did in this crazy market. Long story short, Dusty, Elliot, and the Hoyte Group are AMAZING and I would use them again and again!

Devon and Elliot just found me my second multi-family investment property in the last six months and the specs are even more impressive than the first. What truly made the experience special was how Shalisse handled the back-end of the transaction. Elliot went above and beyond setting me up for success when it came to buying a house in a very competitive market in Boise. Not only did he direct me in what the closing process was like he gave me a realistic idea of what to expect before we walk down that path. The follow through with his team was also so perfect. Having to coordinate with myself and anther individual out of state , the communication was on point. Never calling me to share unnecessary details all the while balancing the information that was needed. When I sell in the future I can only imagine one person for the job and then when I purchase I know who I will go to. HOYTE GROUP IS AMAZING

I thought I was a little late writing this review, as Dusty helped me close on a house back in June. But when I think about all of the things Dusty has helped me with SINCE the house closed three months ago, I realized it's not too late. Best experience, hands down that I've had with a realtor. My Idaho property is an out-of-state investment property and a friend referred me to the Hoyte Group. I made the trip out to Boise only one time, at which point Dusty spent almost the entire weekend showing us around the city and surrounding cities, explaining the different areas and even telling us where to go for dinner that night and for our workout the next morning (Camel's Back Park, by the way). I since found and bought the perfect house, beating out 21 other offers in the process, thanks to Dusty. After the purchase, I ran into a few issues with the property management company, which Dusty helped with, regardless of the fact that it had nothing to do with him, and he had zero obligation to help. It was so appreciated! I'm so glad I chose to work with Dusty. I would use him again for any other house purchase and I can honestly even say he's become a great friend!

When my fiancé and I got engaged we knew we didn’t want to throw money away renting anymore so we started a home search journey. It was so incredibly overwhelming, we weren’t even remotely prepared. We were introduced to Dusty through a mutual acquaintance in November of 2020. Dusty, along with Elliot, immediately called us the following day and we planned a trip and literally had a guided tour of the greater Boise area over a weekend with Dusty and Elliot.
