Dawn and Mark are absolute pros at both buying and selling properties. The paperwork was a breeze with her, and she went above and beyond negotiating with the sellers. She expertly guided us through complex contract negotiations that we were unfamiliar with despite having gone through the process before. And when all was said and done and the place was ours, she was attentive and extremely helpful through the final stages of inspections, appraisal and financing. The professionalism and communication was top-notch throughout, and she also managed to make the entire experience—even the more nitty gritty aspects—feel joyful and fun! While we hope to be in our home for many years to come, we would not even consider anyone else if we were to pursue another real estate move. The most amazing thing about Templeton Real Estate Group is the team. In the past I have worked with realtors but this is a whole different experience. From the time we first met Dawn she was amazing and full of energy. She was definitely the type of person we wanted to work with. We had interviewed other realtors but they didn't bring what Dawn and her team brought to the table. Shortly into our first stint working together we decided the timing was not right for us and Dawn was extremely supportive. The next year we reached out and tested the waters again and decided the timing was right and Dawn sprung into action! She sent her staging expert Kayla over to our house and she did a thorough evaluation and gave us action items to get the house show ready. At the same time Meg, our buyer's agent started gathering information on what kind of home we were looking for and starting sending us listings and taking us out to see potential homes. After we finished up with Kayla's list Dawn was back in action sending Kayla over with her staging items. When Kayla was done our house looked better than it did when we had first built! Next the professional photographer came in the same day and did an amazing job! The pictures of our home were head and shoulders above 95% of the listing on the market at our above our price range. Dawn had her plan in place for our listing and open house her market research and comps were right on. We had multiple showings in the first evening and multiple offers before we even had the open house only two days later. We had a nice, well kept home but the work that Kayla and the photographer did and the social media and marketing that Dawn did made it stand out of the crowd. During the process of working through the offers Dawn's expertise was apparent as she helped us navigate the counter offer process and find the best offer beyond just dollars and cents. She understood the ins and outs of what made a certain offer more favorable for quick closing and avoiding unforeseen hassles and pitfalls. Once our offer was in place Meg doubled down on our search and she was available whenever we needed her. She pointed out things we were too blind to see both good and bad and helped us find the right home for us and also helped us negotiate with the seller to get terms that were better than we could have imagined. During the entire process Kristina was always available for all my questions (and I had a lot) and she was driving the process when it came to signatures and other documents and task items. There was always someone available and willing to help. One of my favorite things about Dawn is her straight-forwardness. Dawn is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with and knowing she will always give the honest answer when you have a question makes the entire process incredibly relaxing and easy.
