Without a doubt, Sheila Smith made us feel like she truly cared about us. You will be hard pressed to find another agent with the diligence, professionalism, warm demeanor and positive attitude as Sheila Smith. We recently flew out to Boise to look for a place to live. We had been in contact with Sheila three weeks prior to flying out. Because of Sheila's efforts, we were able to hit the ground running with a very focused list of homes that she had already suggested and met our desired requirements. Sheila is fair. A decent landlord, property manager, a good person to rent from. She let me know she wanted to do some updates on the house before it would be ready to rent. She followed up and kept in communication. Sheila updated the rental so that when I was ready to move in, the house was ready with a new bathroom, kitchen, and flooring. The work was beautiful and I feel so fortunate to be able to rent this house from Sheila Smith.

We really liked the web site. It provided in depth data to each listing many other sites did not provide. The mapping is a little weak, so we typically used another mapping service to get overhead views. Lacey spent a week driving us around the Boise/Meridian/Nampa area so we could familiar with the metro area. (we were from another state.) We looked at lots of houses, but at the time nothing fit. Lacey was very patient, with us, and was not pushy and did not pressure us to make a decision This was our 4th house to own and we had a pretty specific list of requirements.
