Her excellence in communication, negotiation skills, knowledge, clarity while explaining parts of the process and advising us the best way possible, is what made our experience of selling our first house a great one! Everything we did to get our house ready for the market paid off and was so worth it in the end! She is not your average real state agent. She goes above and beyond to guide and help you throughout the entire process. For example: she does her best to be available to talk to you asap if you have any questions (which I really appreciated because we had never sold a house before so we had lots of questions), she offers a staging consultation and professional photography 🙌🏻 She strategically puts advertising signs over a mile away from your house during the open house; she also had a reserved hour slot during our open house just for my neighbors to come visit and check out the house. I loved that! The flyers of our house were of great quality and professional, just like her work and team at Amherst Madison. She prepped our sale thoroughly, had the house inspected before we listed it (at her own expense) then made suggestions on needed repairs. Visited their website as I had seen their signs while out looking through neighborhoods for a new home. The signs were in front of very handsome homes and would of liked to have had some more details before calling an possibly inquiring about them. However not a single one was listed on there website the day I looked. Three days later checked again and no listings. You have homes for sale according to the signs but no listings of them on your website, doesn't make sense! So I crossed them off my list of possibilities. Certintily their loss of sells money. I have since then contacted another firm an have put in a contract on a house. But one of the first I I saw was what I really wanted. Could I recommend, I would have to say no. With COVID being so wide spreading I would think one's website would be one of your main priorities.

We are first time home buyers and had been looking for a couple months before meeting Stephanie Perkins. We met Stephanie at one of her open houses, we explained our situation and she was more than willing to help us out. Choosing a home to buy was one the biggest decisions I have ever made, but it was made easier by the professionalism and knowledge of the home market that Mike had. I was on a time schedule so he made himself available to show me houses when I had time. When I finally found the home I wanted, he helped me to navigate through the price negotiation process, inspection process and finally through financing. He was quick to answer all my wacky and naïve questions and referred me to all the surrounding services I needed and calmed my nerves, allowing me to continue on with my business and personal life while navigating these uncharted territories. From start to finish, from pre-qualifying for the loan, to going through escrow, only took about 7 weeks. That has to be a record! I am now settled into my new home and happy as a clam.
