Great property managers. TMI has managed 24 houses for me for 3+ years now. They keep me honest (i.e. make sure I hold up my end and care for my houses), and also screen and manage tenants well. This is the only company I've found in BHM that is not incented to just make money off landlords and tenants with maintenance fees and lazy management. I can only assume the people complaining on here are tenants who hadn't paid rent, or perhaps staying in a unit with an owner who wouldn't pay for repairs. TMI doesn't do repairs in all cases - they coordinate them but the owner can choose whomever to do (or not do) the repairs. I do regret if these situations occurred. That said, it seems like 4-5 upset people out of hundreds or even thousands they've had.

Saw a house we were interested in online, unfortunately there was a mix up and we weren't able to rent the home we wanted. Amy quickly resolved the issue and was just awesome about everything. Really appreciated her taking her time to assist us, she was a sweetheart.

Lemme start off by saying these people are FANTASTIC. everyone works so hard in the office whether its Amy, or Kristi, or Nan. They are sweet and very professional. I thought something was wrong and they had the maintenance guy out there immediately. I've rented from the 2x now. And wouldn't hesitate to rent a third or fourth house from them. I tell everyone how great TMI is.

Santa who everyone knows lives at the North Pole, decided to buy some property in Birmingham, AL. In need of a Honest, Hard working company, Santa selected TMI. Amy was the Bomb. She was on call 24/7 to represent me to my tenants. Her office staff helped me to find a rental house, Provided tenants for me and took care of all my service calls. She was so good, I tried to hire her into the elves union at the North Pole, but Alas, she didn't fit the height requirement. Any ways, If you are in need of any Property Management in the Birmingham, AL area, this is the place to use. Their whole package service is wrapped with Ribbons and Bows. Ho Ho Ho.
