Where to even begin... Nicole was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. Her attention to detail is top notch. We loved how much experience she had, how many properties she had in escrow, her previous lending experience and most importantly her communication skills. You will also NOT find a better communicator. Nicole showed up to every appointment, responded quickly to every text and gave us some amazing referrals and tips and I truly believe that’s why we just closed on our home. She originally gave us some valuations of our properties, helped us through a horror story of a triplex deal and then sent us our literal dream home via text and set up an appointment immediately! The tips and strategies she offered are in my opinion the reason why we won the home against so many other offers. Nicole is all about relationships. As she often said it’s a small town, everyone in the business knows everyone and her ability to have strong relationships with others in the field shines. Unlike other agents I have used her knowledge is correct and up to date. Everyone speaks highly of her and I will recommend her to everyone I know who is looking. She will not steer you wrong. I hope everyone else has the experience we did because it was truly amazing! Thank you for everything Nicole.

Well...let me say this, you WILL NOT find another person that is more hard working and professional than Nicole. We had called Nicole around late May/early June letting her know that we might be moving. She gave us a sheet as to what we needed to have done for staging and photos etc. Once we let her know we were ready to sell she set up the photographer within 24 hours. The photographer Nicole uses made us speechless after looking at photos of our home. Highly professional and courteous. The pictures were taken on the 18th, our home went live on MLS on the 19th around 8:30 pm and within 30 minutes Nicole texted us letting us know we had our first showing scheduled on the 20th. By the night of the 20th we had 3 offers and were under contract by the end of the night. As with any huge financial transactions, there are certain factors that can change or cause setbacks. Nicole was always able to have options for us. She was in constant communication with us, even when she had family events out of state she worked on the road!! If that isn’t testament as to the quality and diligence of Nicole as a realtor I don’t know what is. Nicole, we truly wish you the best and thank you for the professionalism you have displayed with us and others. You cannot go wrong with having Nicole as your realtor.
