Kerry Martinson is all I could have hoped for in a realtor. Knowledgeable; There is simply no aspect of the realty business that she doesn’t understand, inside and out. She helped me significantly with the loan process, appraisal and closing. Buying; It took several months to get the house that I purchased. Kerry was honest with me but never tried to sway me one way or another. She noticed faults and attributes of the houses that I never would have seen. Selling; Kerry knew it would be quick and we got top dollar for my house. She handled a couple tricky situations with incredible professionalism. Professionalism; This should be Kerry’s middle name. I truly appreciated how kind and patient she was with me during this very stressful time in my life. She handled problems before I even knew they existed. She showed me so many houses and never made me feel that I was wasting her time. I’m sure she knew I would not like some of the houses we toured, but she was gracious and never rushed me. Kerry is not just a great realtor, she is a kind, honest and caring person. I don’t think I got special treatment, I think Kerry treats all her clients like she treated me.

Kerry did great. We sold our house for asking and quickly. She also navigated our freaking out moments during the closing time and helped tie up any loose ends after we had to leave for our new home in a different state. Like many others, I strongly dislike giving a significant chunk of my houses proceeds to a realtor, but if anyone is going to make that sting a bit less it's Kerry. Thanks!

I can honestly say that I probably would not have bought a home if it weren't for Kerry. She walked me through every process, made sure I was getting good deals, and looked for homes in good parts of town. I lived several hours away from my current home so Kerry went to every inspection on my behalf and would call me afterwards to tell me how it went. She's very easy to get ahold of and would always take time out of her busy schedule to answer questions. She made buying a home as seemless as possible and I'll always be thankful for that. If I ever need to purchase another home in the future, I will most certainly go through Kerry again.
