From the very first interaction, the whole team was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, and they provided informed and wise advice throughout the process. I worked most with Maggie Flick, the buyer’s specialist, and she truly made me feel like I was her only client, at a very busy time. Maggie scoured the market for new properties on a regular basis and worked hard so that I could see them the first day on the market - quite a change from other buying experiences, in which I have had to find the listings myself. Maggie was always available for showings and really listened to what I liked and didn’t like to help calibrate the search. She also did a tremendous job negotiating in a very competitive market - I really don’t believe I would have my house without her efforts - and helped me complete an appraisal and financing in a very short period. I also never once felt pressured to buy - in fact, Maggie really made the process fun, which is something in this market. Five stars is woefully inadequate to describe this team, and I fear I am spoiled for life for any other realtor out there.

I bought a house in 30 days! I truly appreciate how that is not the norm, but what I know is that not every real estate team could pull this off. I appreciate the referral from two friends—saving me from having to shop real estate agents. As a first time home buyer I was in great hands with the Jaime Gervasi Team; from the first meeting where they greeted me so warmly and took so much care and consideration to explain the total home buying process to me and really sit down and get an idea of what I was looking for in my first home.
