We couldn’t have picked a better realtor than Stella for our first home purchase! With the home being a new construction house with an 18-month construction timeline, Stella was with us throughout the whole daunting process from start to finish. She went above and beyond to represent our interests and was always eager to help with any requests. Importantly, when we run into various issues with the builder and lender, Stella viciously fought for us and made sure we never came up short. She gave us very sound professional advice, answered all our questions in a knowledgeable manner, and even recommended several great vendors such as movers and inspectors for us (and even found time from her busy schedule to coordinate our inspections). In terms of personality, Stella is one of the best you’ll ever find. She is kind, very friendly and bubbly, flexible, selfless, and an overall wonderful human being. In addition to the beautiful home Stella helped us purchase, we have also gained a valuable friend in her and we’ll forever cherish meeting her!

What can I say? Stella is truly phenomenal at what she does. My partner and I were looking to buy our first home and we wanted to find a realtor that cared more about their clients than their commission. Stella is just that person. Stella was/is a terrific realtor, especially for those who are buying their first home. She wasn’t afraid to point out issues even if I was smitten with a property and she would often bring me back down to earth in a way that made me feel heard and respected. I sold a house in Baltimore. I live in another city. I approached many sales agents, but for some reason they all refused. I was in despair. I began to search on Google for sales agents in Baltimore and saw the number of Stella Kocharyan. And when I called her, I realized that God sent Stella to me. From the first minutes of our conversation, I understood this. Stella said that my house is not expensive and therefore it is unprofitable for realtors to deal with it. But she said that she would take this case, because she wants to help me at any cost. Stella is a true professional and a very nice person. She was constantly in touch with me. She helped with her advice. Prepared all documents and references. Oh Stella. She is beyond praise. She took care of me like a mother takes care of a child. I was selling my first house in my life. There were many difficulties. Stella was, is and will be my idol. She answered all my questions, wherever she was and at any time of the day. My English is not good. She also acted as an interpreter for me during the process of selling the house. There is a lot of kindness and sincerity in Stella. Stella helped me a lot. Anything I write in this review will undermine the true effort, dedication and hardwork that Stella possessed to sell my condo (in a very slow Baltimore market at the time). One particular story stood out where the electricity shut off before a showing and she worked tirelessly to get the electricity on by going through the back-alley way into the basement of the building while on the phone w/ the electricity company to figure out which generator is my unit (most other agents would tell a remote owner to find an electrician to resolve this issue). It was not the easiest apartment to sell having done no improvements over the past five years as a primary rental unit but she still managed to negotiate a price that made it a good investment at the end of the day. Everything from the staging efforts to the closing process, Stella was instrumental and helpful as can be at every step. If I am doing a real estate transaction in the Maryland area again I would hire her as my agent 100 out of 100 times.

Finding a dream house within limited budget is more challenging than ever! But we did it! It is because of Stella. Stella is very organized and knowledgeable. She would gather all the requests from my family, organize house tours so we can maximize our day. After we found the house, she told us not to grow too attached to it, that helped us to stay rationale and able to negotiate the price. Her negotiate skill is excellent and we communicate on regular basis so that I am always up to date on the process. Unlike other realtor I worked in the past who just forward you message from seller, Stella filtered the information, so I am not bombarded with tons of email and messages. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and patient realtor who is organized and efficient. She is the one!! I am referring her to my colleagues and friends.

Stella is absolutely awesome!! She was extremely responsive no matter what time of day or night and there were many a night we bothered her after 12am. She knew we were very limited in the time we could house hunt so she helped us pack a bunch of house visits into single, extended trips. Besides being extremely supportive and accommodating, she has an awesome eye for detail. She noticed many issues with the houses we saw that I would have missed completely. She truly helped narrow down our choices to the best of the bunch. On closing day she was as excited as we were and she brought balloons and presents and took pictures and made it feel like a party.
