I have been working with PPMI for about 2 1/2 years now. I decided to try out a management company because I was moving out of town. Premier has done an amazing job with my properties. I get my money each month, my statements come each month. Their reports are clear and easy to understand. I am also able to get someone on the phone if I have a questions. This team is very response. Five stars across the board!

Rentals in Baltimore can be a challenge and they have the experience to know how to handle any circumstance. I moved into my apartment about 3 1/2 months ago. Everything has been good. I had a few maintenance issues when i first moved in but Mr. Baker came and was able to take care of my concerns with no issue. I recommend PPMI to anyone.

I submitted an application before applying I informed the receptionist that my credit was not good and I specifically asked her is there a chance of being denied due to poor credit. I informed her I had excellent rental history but again bad credit. She explained that my credit wouldn’t be an issue. I immediately received a denial after submission of my application due to credit. I was mislead and I felt cheated. I would’ve avoided applying if I was made aware of credit hindering my opportunity to being approved. I feel that most rental companies are scams

So... I began my journey as a tenant with Premier two years ago to today... Its unfortunate how low customer service has fallen from priority... However, my experience with PPM has been quite contrary... Although they are as professional as can be, I feel like I'm amongst family with every interaction... The discriptions and photos are spot on, the properties are well maintained and inquiries are responded to and resolved promptly... I am quite satisfied as a tenant... As long as I am renting, I will continue to do so with PPM... Thank you to everyone in the office and in the field!!!

staff are very knowledgeable. They have been able to take my none performing properties and turn them into performing assets. What I do like is that the rent here is affordable for me . The management is very kind and respectful when they answer their phones, for calls like paint , sink bathroom etc . The first review was an accident. I didn't even push the post button. I don't have an issue with premier property management. For the most part they were very respectable and nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of what happened on the move in and the fact that I had to move out even though I paid my rent on time and didn't bother anyone. I just think that more care should have been given when things like this happen. But other than that there was nothing wrong with this establishment.

I have only been with premier for 6 or 7 months, But things are good. They started of a little Rocky with some issues but ms.Byrd and ms.Nina made sure everything I needed was happy and taken care of with my place and the office . The process is very fast and efficient.If something needed to be repaired or I had a concern the staff was on it same day. Periodically the office would call to see how things are going and to see if I have any concerns. Since my stay and service has been well maintained I decided to stay longer.
