I have worked with several realtors in the past and Ben is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and really cares about his customers. Kelly Marburger was nothing short of AWESOME! Throughout the entire home buying process, she dedicated countless time and effort to show 10+ homes to us in the Baltimore city area over the course of 6-8 weeks. She advised us on her knowledge of the different parts of the city and its neighborhoods, as well as identify and send us many, many prospective homes for us to review. When we finally settled on the home we wanted, Kelly helped arrange and facilitate the home inspections and various other pre-settlement requirements. Everything went very smoothly. On the day of settlement she presented us a wonderful gift for our new home, and to top it off, she even dropped off a Christmas gift (2 months after our business relationship ended!) We were so lucky to have stumbled across Jonathan in our home search process – he was exactly the person we needed to help us find our perfect first home and walk through the home buying process in the midst of a VERY hot and competitive real estate market. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had a LOT to learn and Jonathan patiently coached us along every step of the way, sometimes explaining terms and processes multiple times to help us wrap our brains around everything. He is a great listener and has an innate ability to read people, which meant two things: 1) he picked up quickly on what we were looking for in a house and was able to help us find that without wasting a bunch of time, and b) he was a savvy negotiator throughout the offer and closing process when we had challenges to work out with the seller, lender, appraiser, etc. Our deal almost unraveled at a few different points and he was able to help us save things each time, leading to a great result for all parties involved. Through those stressful moments it was a huge relief to know he was fighting for us. On top of all of this, his knowledge of the Baltimore-area market helped us to be competitive while also avoiding buying a house that would have been wrong for us. We will be happy to use him again when the time comes for us to sell/buy in the future.

I can’t recommend the realtor Jon Hoory enough. He was beyond informed with his ear to the ground with what’s going on within the greater Baltimore area. His expertise made the process easy and pain free. He walked me through every step as if I were a 5 year old.
