Have lived here for seven months and have enjoyed it for the most part. The staff is really great all around and the price is very good for the area and the amenities provided. The only two drawbacks I have is one of the elevators constantly goes down and a neighbor in a nearby unit smokes inside and it makes my apartment stink.

My family and I have lived here for a couple of years and we love it! The team here has become like extended family and we’ve made friends with sone excellent neighbors. Summers by the pool (with a stunning view of the skyline) or hot cocoa bars in the lobby are just some of the many perks to living here!

We've lived at the Arts Center Tower for almost 3 years. The staff is nice and the location is perfect- there is a marta across the street, whole foods is a block away, and a delicious pizza shop right downstairs. ACT is a great place!

Art Center Tower is at the perfect location in midtown Atlanta and has all the built-in amenities needed. The property is also well managed and handles all the challenges in property management. I recommend Art Center Tower! -Dusty

This place is so nice! Midtown Atlanta has so much to do, and you are a stones throw away from Buckhead and all of the amazing restaurants there! Amy is amazing and so helpful! I cannot say enough good things about Art Center Tower!

Great place to be! Affordable, good price, and has all the resources from swimming pool to gym. Nichole and Amy are great staff! We required maintenance for several things and they had them all taken care of asap! The maintenance people also did a great job every time and resolved all issues.

I lived here from 2019-2020 on a 12 month lease, and would like to share my two cents for those seeking out living here. In terms of affordable living in midtown, this is hands down one of the best options. Minutes away from the SCAD campus, Piedmont park, Marta stations, as well as the high museum & whole foods. The building is old, but pretty well-kept - I did not see a single bug in my unit for the whole duration of my time there. Maintenance men were always super friendly and responsive - repairs were always very quick. The women at the front desk - especially Paige - were nothing but kind and helpful to me and my roommate. Amy, who I presume is the property manager, was OK - she was a little cold and unfriendly in my experience, but not the worst. Guest parking was ample considering the location - I never had a problem with it. My only real complaint is that the elevators were broken quite a bit, which is pretty inconvenient considering this is a 22 floor building. Laundry in the basement too, but that is pretty standard with affordable living. Now, is this a luxury building? No! But that should be obvious given the affordable prices and great location. I would say if you're looking for a quaint, well-run and affordable complex in midtown, this is a great option.

Just moving in and I have to say the staff has been excellent so far for me. George in particular is cool as hell and very helpful. Pros: Location is very good Gym is well-equipped and 24h Nice pool/outdoor area Beautiful views Great staff Price is excellent. I’m saving money by living here compared to my apartment in Marietta. Cons: You have to pay a monthly fee for cable. I don’t watch tv but the fee isn’t exorbitant. The only gripe is that it’s a mandatory fee. My apartment- a one bedroom- does not come equipped with a microwave. This is fine for me as I knew what I was getting into, and countertop microwaves aren’t particularly expensive. If you know what you’re getting into, and can accept the cons, then I would at least recommend giving ACT a look. Come for the views and location, stay for the staff, and the views and location.

Great price for the location! I'm in my second year living at Arts Center Tower and it has been great. I use Marta for commuting to work and the Arts Center Station makes my commute simple. The property is well maintained and I never have any issue with getting repairs completed in a timely fashion. The leasing staff has been a pleasure and are always finding ways to bring the community together through social events. I've always lived in major cities and understand the dynamics that come with it.

Just renewed my lease for another year at ACT and I couldn’t be more excited. Best price, best location and even better pool deck. The staff is so helpful and responsive. Apartment size is great, plenty of closet space and kitchen storage. I would highly recommend living here!

I have lived at Arts Center Tower for 2 years now & have had nothing short of an amazing experience. The property is in the heart of Midtown with the best rates you'll find in the city. There is a Marta station right across the street which is convenient to commute around the city. You can't beat it's proximity to Piedmont Park, lots of restaurants, Whole Foods and so much more. Management is welcoming and attentive. Amy is a gem & will brighten your day when you step into her office. If you ever have an issue or maintenance request, they will take care of you!

I've lived at the Arts Center Tower for the past 4 months. I LOVE IT HERE! Kyle and Katie are so kind and always acknowledge me with a kind hello when I pass by. At first my management request was slow to be solved..maybe because I was new, but after this circumstance they have gotten EVERYTHING done in a timely manner. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of! The view is incredible. You get a great view for a great price. The apartments themselves are modern. Sometimes people leave the trash doors open and the smell gets out into the hallway, but other than that I love living here. I've seen a few other reviews, and I have to say times have changed!

I absolutely love it here.Management always handle concerns very swiftly i have lived in a lot of apartments and i feel as though the maintenance team here is the best. David is always professional and knowledgeable about any problem DO NOT REPLACE THIS GOLD MEDAL STAFF. All of them are great,. if your looking for a place with a great staff you should definitely move here.

I lived at Arts Center tower for 3 years, moved to a different apartment, and then came right back a year later. I love this apartment complex, it is in a prime location, directly across from a Marta station and is in close proximity to a lot restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. David and Karlos are great when it comes to the maintenance of the building and apartments. There is some room for improvement in amenities but for the location and the price, I think Arts Center Tower is an excellent place to live in Midtown.

I've lived at ACT for two and a half years and have been nothing short of satisfied. The location is the best in Atlanta and the building, albeit old, is constantly upgrading. The new pool deck and grills put in last year really are a luxury. Management is very friendly and willing to accommodate tenants as much as possible. David and Carlos always respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. All in all a great place to live.

It's fine. Just know utilities and fees will add an extra $350 to your rent. The average fees (pest, cable, trash, "bill", water, sewer) on top of rent I paid for a 1 bedroom by myself was $159, the median was $151, with a high of $201. Fees do not include internet, electricity, or required renter’s insurance. I paid $20 for internet, and $21 for renter's insurance. Electricity averaged $61 with a median of $45, but went as high as $108 in the winter. The apartment was not very well-insulated, and I kept it cold. That's up to an extra $150 in utilities each month. I'd recommend against living in the higher floors because elevators malfunction a handful of times a year. Also all packages are stored in communal areas, which may or may not be secure enough for your taste. Excellent location and nice, big apartments though, and staff are friendly.

I lived here for a year and was so sad to go. Having come from a poorly run, over priced apartment complex before, the Art Center Tower was a wonderful transition. The price and location can't be beat (plus there is a brand new Whole Foods a block away now). I'll definitely miss living here and making use of the pool and gym. My only critique are the clothing dryers which can take a couple runs to fully dry everything, but its a small inconvenience that is overshadowed by an easy 15 minute walk to Piedmont Park or any of the fun in midtown.

New property manager and her staff have this place going in the right direction. Already starting to see great changes. Maintenance is responsive and quickly fixes any problems. One of the best locations in Midtown. You're walking distance to basically anything you could need, including transit, which is directly across the street. Million dollar views for a great price.

We've lived here for a number of years. The location is exceptional, with MARTA across the street and Whole Foods, 50+ restaurants, Piedmont Park (and new medical facilities) within easy walking or cycling distance. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and, in our experience, respond rapidly to requests and issues. This is a smaller, older (1966) hirise with sturdy floors and walls, which means less noise than newer buildings. It is usually fully occupied, with turnover coming largely from grad students. The pool deck is expansive with lots of room for picnicking, and the small gym is not heavily used. Cost per square foot is more affordable than most buildings in the area. Residents are multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-age, with quite a few graduate students in that mix and a few folks who have lived here more than 20 years. The only downsides are the in-window HVAC system (which does give you total control), occasional issues with the elevators (a general midtown hirise issue, I'm told), and the lack of full time security. (There is a "courtesy" police officer who lives here.) In short, we've looked at many other midtown residences over the years (condo and house prices in the area have escalated drastically), but haven't found one with a better combination of location, affordability, staff responsivity, and quality of life.
