For our price point we faced a very challenging market here in Asheville. Joanna accepted the challenge. Joanna was not only knowledgable about the market, but efficient about finding the right place and brilliant at neogtiating to make it ours. My husband and I flew into town on a Thursday. We drove around and did some "drive bys" per Joanna's suggestion that afternoon (by the way, it was Labor Day Weekend!). The next day we went back to the houses we liked and toured the inside. Offer was in the next day and after a few rounds of negotiations, I think it was accepted after 24 hours. And just like that, we had found a house that had everything we were looking for!
