Within two weeks Heather, my agent was able to locate me a home within my budget and we were able to close on it within my necessary timeframe. Kyle responded to my emails quickly, our conversations were great, and he really went above and beyond. I think I have talked to about every place in Asheville and this one left me with the best feeling. I was respected, listened to, and helped out. It's rare to find a place that cares about the applicants as much owners who they manage for. I highly recommend working with this company if you want to find a great home!!

Asheville City Real Estate, and in particular Kyle Moss, has been easy to work with, fair in their policies, and polite in their requests. I was particularly impressed with their Covid-19 response and their quick turn around to tell tenants that they were willing to work with them during this time if they lost a job and were unable to make rent. It seems like they keep in good communication with the homeowners whose properties they manage, and it makes renting feel less weird and a bit more personal in that regard. Would absolutely rent from them again.

I have used City Real Estate now for a number of years. We have a few rental properties in Asheville and they have done a wonderful job (Kathy is our main contact, but the whole crew is excellent). They do all the hard work (including fixing things) and send a financial statement each month. Use them!
