Lonnie and Joe Logan were a joy to work with when purchasing my home. While a home purchase can be stressful and can have a variety of issues along the way, my transaction was very smooth and without incident. We made an offer based on a six week time frame with a specified closing date and we closed on that date. Lonnie and Joe not only brought their own expertise in their specialty to the transaction, they also recommended other professionals … lender, inspector, title company, etc. who they have worked with and who also facilitate uneventful home purchases. We cannot recommend Lonnie and Joe highly enough. We moved from the lower 48 to Alaska while I was pregnant with our first child, and could not make trips back and forth to house hunt. Lonnie was incredibly knowledgeable about the listings we were viewing online – we would email or call her excited about a house, and she consistently was already aware of the house, and knew exactly why we would or wouldn’t be interested. When Lonnie found the house we eventually bought, she was confident that it was a good fit for us and we trusted her recommendation, as we were buying it sight unseen. She and Joe did a video of the house to put our minds at ease, but really we had to trust their judgment. We are glad we did, as we are incredibly happy in our new home and our move was as stress-free as it could have been, since we got to move right in instead of renting and then moving again with an infant. Our mortgage process was a bit of a nightmare due to issues with our bank that were beyond our control, or Lonnie’s. She walked us through every step of the way, stayed on the bank to get things done in a timely fashion, and reassured us that things would work out, even on days when we felt like we would never get through the closing process. I can’t say enough about what a difference it makes to work with a realtor willing to be as accessible and supportive as Lonnie. We would recommend her and Joe to anyone looking to buy a home in the Anchorage area.

Lonnie Logan is a superb real estate agent. I picked Lonnie through online reviews based on someone I knew and his high recommendation of her. As I worked with Lonnie on a long and sometimes contentious transaction she proved invaluable on many accounts. Prior to this purchase I had only bought older homes so new construction was something I was not familiar with. Since I wanted a lot of different options I had no idea of what was being presented was fair and reasonable. Lonnie engaged her family construction background and was easily able to tell me what was worth pursuing and what I could find elsewhere after closing for less. I found that many times in new construction the buyer’s agent steps aside and does not necessarily provide guidance. Lonnie was there by my side throughout the entire transaction and helped tremendously during walk throughs as I would not have known what to look for. She caught things I would not have and as a result I have a home I love. Post closing I ran into issues that were not noticeable until I had moved in. (Sound issues) Lonnie continued to advocate for me and is working on a solution that will work to correct the problem. I was not an unexperienced buyer coming into this transaction. This was my 5th home purchase and I have to say I would not have been able to do this without her.

Lonnie and Joe Logan are a great team to work with. Both are professional, efficient and understanding of what my needs were when listing my condo. If Lonnie wasn’t available her partner, Joe, was there to answer questions or to meet with me on short notice. Both are friendly and it was a pleasure to have a business/sales relationship with them. Joe and Lonnie Logan are more than just local agents, they are friends. My fiance and I were looking for a first time home together. I have three children and we needed something in the east side with at least 3 bedrooms. We were willing to buy a fixer upper, which can be scary when it comes to some Anchorage homes! Joe was always honest with us, always in contact with us and always very patient...even when we were not! Investing in a home is a intimidating task, and looking for that perfect place is even more frustrating. Joe walked us though 10+ homes, never trying to "sell" any to us. He let the home speak to our judgement. If he knew information that could be detrimental, he spoke honestly. I most appriciate the constant communication through email, phone calls, and texts. I've never met a agent that would show a property to you at 9 o'clock at night, with only a few hours notice! We found our perfect home 6 months later, Joe and Lonnie always by our side. We had a great experience with Joe and Lonnie! We are a military family and were living on the complete opposite side of the country when we found out that we were going to be stationed in Alaska. I was referred to Lonnie through a friends. When I spoke to her on the phone I was impressed. I made it very clear to her that when we arrived in town we would have one week, and one week only to find a house. I explained that I did not want to sit idle for one minute of the trip until our mission was complete. When we arrived in town they had a full schedule for us.
