This will be one of the most honest reviews. Last year I decided to open up Alaska's First Indoor Dog park, Unleashed Alaska. I reached out to Matt and let him know what my needs were. This was my first huge commercial business and I knew I needed a shark to find me the best commercial space for my business. I needed a commercial building suited for dogs but also a co-working space for people to gather. It was a fresh new concept that required a ton of special spacing and understanding of the business. I am 1000% sure I was one of the most difficult customers Matt had. With the limited listings on the market during COVID and my "I need it now!" attitude, Matt really went above and beyond to find me the best space. Not only did he find me a space that didn't hit the market yet, he took it upon himself to coordinate with contractors to get me quotes on the construction scope and met up with those contractors on his own time to help me find the best quality for the best price. Matt was the shark I needed and he is now my go-to for almost everything! I respect his young entrepreneurial go-getter attitude and I will be a forever client in the future. Disclaimer- Before deciding to work with Matt and his team on this project, I did my research and had met up with other local Commercial Realtors. I worked with Daniel Vernon. He kept in touch with me and he know my house needed a variance for the garage setback plus the septic was old and a few other things. It took 5 or 6 months. Daniel pushed me and I knew it was going to be tough. I had tried to sell it 2 other times and just could not make it happen. So his company came up with different ideas to move it thru the municipalities process. Daniel concentrated on my problems and holy cow it passed their scrutiny and it sold. There were a couple of costs that I did not expect, but the sale of my house was the most important. So what I am saying is his office and team worked hard to make it happen. I am very happy. We first listed our home ourselves in the Fall of 2019 then took it off the market after 30 days and left for the winter driving down the Alcan to the Lower 48.
