Working with Talia was great. We were new to Albuquerque and a little overwhelmed with all the possibilities. The housing market also was moving very fast, with lots of new listings, climbing prices, and very competitive offers. Talia was patient with us, guiding us through multiple offers and subsequent negotiations, inspections, and financing. Our new home in Los Ranchos didn’t even seem possible when we first started looking. Thankfully we trusted the process and her expertise. We couldn’t be happier with our new home, new neighbors, and our new town. We can’t recommend Talia enough. Initially, my wife and I were working loosely with a well known real estate agent in the ABQ area while trying to buy from out of state. After speaking with Talia on the phone, we realized immediately how superior her expertise in the area, sense of organization and professionalism was. We started working with her and are glad we did - we feel Talia went above and beyond for us. Talia and her team were very resourceful and receptive to things we wanted in a home, often having suggestions and finding potential homes for us before we did. Talia even virtually toured numerous homes for us while we were out of the country and provided feedback. Her assistant is superb at scheduling and managing inspections and keeping me on track for closing. Talia actually had to do the job of the other realtor (get signatures for work done) in order for us to close on time. I wish I could give Talia 6 stars! I expected this to be a complicated transaction being out-of-state and in probate. Instead, it turned out to be the easiest real estate transaction I have ever done. The main reason for this was Talia. She did so much leg work for us, more than I expect from the average realtor. First, she helped get the heat fixed, before we even had a Listing. She had good recommendations on who to hire and even helped set up the heat repair on an urgent basis for us. She also went to the house on the day of the repairs to be sure it was all done correctly. And while we had already had the house cleaned, she even did some needed dusting touch-up before the photos were taken! Again, not your average realtor! Despite this being a fixer-upper, older house, it sold much faster than I expected and I credit Talia's marketing skills for that, including a great job with the listing. The photos included a 3D tour and aerial shots that really highlighted the strengths of the house. This led to a number of showings as soon as it hit the market, even though sales at the time were overall slowing down a bit. She partnered with us every step of the way. She was very available and answered my texts, emails, and phone calls quickly and herself every time I reached out. It gave me such peace of mind to know she had my back every step of the way. I would definitely use her again and recommend her highly!

We moved to Albuquerque from out of state and knew almost nothing about the city. Talia came highly recommended by a friend of a friend who also moved in from out of state. Talia took the time to learn about our family and our needs via email, and had lined up 13 houses for us to view when we were able to fly in and spend a day with her. She was very friendly, professional, and caring, and helped us keep track of everything we viewed in a very busy day. We ultimately put an offer down while in town, which just happened to be up against a competing offer that came in the same day.
