We have had the best experience with our Realtor Nicole Alvidrez!!! She has helped my Son buy his first home and at the same time helped me sell my home!! Then she helped my Fiancé and I purchase our first new home together!! Nicole is a beautiful person inside and out. She made the process of all three homes so easy to do!! There isn’t anything she wouldn’t do for her clients! If you need anything all you do is ask and she is on it!! She works not only 8-5, you can call her at anytime and she will be happy to help and gets back to you right away!! Alex was incredibly responsive and always very prompt. He was always available for me and was flexible in changing the viewing schedule of homes I wanted to view on short notice. Dee at ROC Realty was also extremely helpful and friendly. They both worked to get the answers I needed to feel comfortable. I liked that they provided a list of recommended inspectors but had a few of each so that I was able to quickly review a few (rather than just one suggestion) and then make a selection. They also provided a referral for insurance without my asking which I appreciated as I am new to the area and did want to find a new insurance provider. I love my new home and feel that Alex cared about my finding the 'right' spot for me and shared in my excitement :)

I had the opportunity to work with a great team : Keila Rayon & Nicole Alvidrez. They both helped us to find the perfect home. They were very professional and I really liked that all the documents signatures were automated, so I had the opportunity to speed up my process by signing all documents online. when I had questions or concerns about the process, Keila or Nicole always replied quickly and promptly, at night , weekends or even when Keila was on vacations. Buying a house for first time is a very stressful process, even more this year when the market is crazy, Keila and Nicole make the process smooth for me, since Keila is 100% Bilingual, she was even able to explain me some things about my process/document in Spanish, which was really appreciated! Gracias Keila! . Our purchase was completed successfully ! Robert was extremely helpful in helping find my new home. He worked tirelessly to find the exact listings within my budget. He showed me approximately 2 dozen homes before I found the perfect fit. He never got discouraged when I asked to see more properties. He was also very honest and provided his input on potential problems and potential benefits to each property we viewed. He traveled throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho until we found my perfect fit. I couldn't be more satisfied with Robert and his tireless work effort. With that being said, I will always recommend Robert to anyone I know that is looking to buy a property or even sell one they currently own. He deserves nothing but 5 Stars and A++++ from me!

My sister Angeline recently joined the ROC team and talked about how knowledgable and professional the agents were. Like most people, I assumed she was just being a typical new employee and just talking them up. But after doing research and looking at previous reviews on Zillow, the agents did appear to be as good as she mentioned. So when a very close family friend, who we consider an auntie, wanted to buy a second home, I suggested she contact my sisters new employer. Our auntie mentioned how professional and forthcoming the agents were throughout her process. She also talked them up and managed to get my mom to recommend them to a coworker who is in the market to buy. I am not much of a “reviewer” but I felt that because my family has been treated well on both sides, this company deserves the recognition.
