From the beginning, everything has been a professional experience. They were able to have someone out the very first day we were having water backing up into our sinks. There phone staff was courteous and knowledgeable. After a quick evaluation by the first Plumber Nate, we found we were in for more than expected. After a scope of the system, there was significant degradation to the subterranean sewer drain in the basement and the front yard causing our problem. Our crew discussed all options openly and gave recommendations. Once we decided on a path, everything moved quickly to get the job done. Wendell and Daniel worked hard for a week to get the entire job done which included a large trench in the yard. They did everything with confidence and discussed everything with us along the way. They even did their best to preserve much of our landscaping so we didn't lose the plants. They got our system working again. I will continue to use Mattioni in the future if I have any issues. Received excellent service.

Our experience with Mattioni in the past has been beyond stellar, and the service provided to us today was no different. We were able to schedule a maintenance service to our heating system for the upcoming winter. Tyler & Tyler were kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. In an effort to be 100% transparent, Tyler called another experienced technician, Eddie, to double-check his assessment. Eddie was prompt and thorough as well in his inspection, and provided us peace of mind. Tyler was able to make necessary repairs on site, at a reasonable cost. Yearly system maintenance was a little late but thorough job was done. Unit inside & out were both checked. Did state we’ve noticed a little humming noise which wasn’t heard while he was here. Replaced outdoor facets. Was on time, professional. Would recommend them. The only thing is you pay a $75.00 dispatch fee, to just come to your house. I guess with the way economy is, it makes sense, but wish they did not have that. Great quality work.

Mattioni installed a new heater and air conditioner in early January. Today their technician Rod Haske came out to check everything and make sure it was all working properly. it was. He suggested making some changes in the thermostat settings that I had made, explaining why the settings should be changed. The Mattioni technicians are all very friendly and professional.

When they were unable to meet the originally agreed upon time, they communicated the issue with me and scheduled a time that worked for both of us (and even discounted the dispatch fee as a courtesy). Our technician, Bobby, was knowledgeable and friendly. He knocked out 2 big issues that were digging our house for years, even though we called him out for something entirely different. The work was quick, clean, and reasonably priced (beat out the other two quotes I had for the same jobs and knocked it out same day). Mattioni has found itself a loyal customer.

I had an issue with a leaking toilet. I googled and found Mattioni Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling, and I could not be happier. My service person was Bob Conneen. He came out for the initial inspection, and was very upfront and straightforward. Didn’t leave any questions unanswered, was honest, and showed genuine concern and care for the issue. He left me feeling much better about the issue. He came up for a follow up, and he’s like your old friend you just saw. Gets right to business with the work, but incredibly personal, real, just and overall great guy. Service didn’t take long at all, was rather affordable. I just bought a house in West Chester, and I’ll be utilizing these guys for my inevitable future plumbing needs. I should mention, when you call, get great customer service and quick response time. I thought I had a major leak, so they came out after hours. They really moved quick, so if you have an emergency, this is the place. A+ top notch service in my book. Thank you all for the help!

From start to finish, the folks at Mattioni checked all the boxes when it came time to replace our aging furnace and air conditioning systems. Our field technician, Ryan, quickly scheduled an appointment and offered a myriad of HVAC replacement options to suit our budget. His communication throughout the entire sales process was excellent. On the day of installation, JR and Andrew did quality work across the board. It’s refreshing to see true craftsmanship. We had an issue with our HVAC system where it was making a thumping sound when the AC was one. Mattioni had Typer come out and he was the nicest, most professional tech we have ever met. He always had a smile on his face and thought it took a few times to diagnose the issue, Tyler was persistent to get to the root of the issue. After more testing, Tyler figured out the issue and it was resolved! Cannot recommend Tyler enough!

I had a Leak in my garbage disposal. I purchased an outside disposal and Paul mento Who is a master plumber came out to replace it for me. Also identified a few valves were seriously corroded and need replacement. I also had an issue with a previously installed by another company water filtration system under my sink which the parts are no longer available so I decided to replace it With a better and more streamlined system that they offer. Paul came back today to install the unit and he is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending Mattioni plumbing. Paul was incredibly polite , patient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very impressed with the level of service and the efficiency of the technician. John Martin does a great job and has a pleasant demeanor. My only reason for a four instead of five star was the initial unknown nature of a time frame. They responded the same day which is a great feature of the service but knowing afternoon or morning is beneficial. Even a four hour window is good but overall the service is always excellent. Some technicians have a tendency to try and upsell very aggressively. I don’t appreciate that unless it is something that will be an overall improvement to the task at hand i.e. a better garbage disposal while replacing the old one rather than a median. But don’t try and upsell me on a new well pump when that’s not the issue in the first place. Todays technician did sell me on the VIP plan which does have great benefits included. Others outfits tried to tell me the upsell they were pushing was required or they couldn’t guarantee the work. That’s not an upsell it’s coercion and that’s not a quality I appreciate in my favorite plumber. Mattioni doesn’t oversell you or coerce you into extra services to the point that it’s stressful and overwhelming. Overall an efficient visit and great experience. With my water quality I’m sure I’ll have to call them again soon enough.

We love Mattioni! Matt came out to service our heater and although he got bad news he was a pleasure to work with! He was thorough and walked us through everything that was going on. He went above and beyond to show us the issues in detailed photos as well. Patrick came out to go over our options and helped us find what worked best for us. Patrick is amazing, he helped us when we replaced our AC unit and is unbelievably kind and helpful. Both Matt and Patrick were wonderful to work with and made us feel at ease with the process. Dominic and Dennis came out the next day to install the new furnace and did a wonderful job!! They were very professional, efficient, and most importantly, kind! Dominic actually installed our AC last time so we knew we were in great hands! You could hardly tell they were here while they did the install. Both guys were very knowledgeable and made sure we knew how to work the new system. Everything looks great and we have heat again! We highly recommend Mattioni and the VIP membership! It’s worth it!! Everyone we have encountered with the company has been wonderful.
