I normally don't write reviews for technicians but Jack was extremely professional. He arrived on time and sent updates and pictures regularly. I will be highly recommending Aqua Plus Plumbing for the plumbing needs of my large extended family. We regularly do construction and occasionally just need a repair but Jack's customer service wad 2nd to none compared to others I have worked with in the area. God bless.

I use a home warranty service that randomly assigns service providers. The first company was awful. Fortunately, they assigned Aqua Plus Plumbing the second time around. I was helping out at my daughter's house in Oxon Hill, MD for a couple weeks as my daughter and her husband had traveled. Their sink had not been draining water for a long time and they had been using the garbage disposal to drain the water. So, a week after I was there, the faucet started leaking so bad and the garbage disposal stopped working. My son in-law contacted Aqua Plus Plumbing --from California where he was and they sent out a gentlemen named Jack. I had a very good experience with him. First of all, he arrived on time. Secondly, he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable of the work. Unfortunately, after over two hours of hard work, he was unable to unclog the pipes. I remember that there was another company that came to repair that sink before and they could not do it either. So, Jack explained to us (my son in-law who was on FaceTime Video and I) in a very understandable way the problem and the best way to fix it and how much it will cost. He was very honest and everything he said made a lot of sense. He went even far and educated us about the problem by showing us pictures from the internet. He then took care of leak and charged us just for the labor. I am pretty sure that my son in-law will use again Aqua Plus Plumbing to get that problem fixed as soon as he gets the needed money.

It is good to know that great service is still being provided. Needing several plumbing issues resolved, I called Aqua Plus Plumbing. I was very apprehensive When the plumber arrived because of a bad experience with a different plumber the day before. I was standing in the doorway when this gentleman approached me wearing an Aqua Plus Plumbing shirt and introduced himself as Mr Burchell Bennett while extending his hand for a courtesy shake. He came in and asked me to describe the situation. After discussing the pros and cons , he gave me an estimated price and stated before he start the work he will give me the exact price after he obtain all the parts needed for the job. I was very impressed with his professionalism and mannerism. Me Burchell called me from the store to let me know that he found everything he needed and gave me the exact price that I will be charged. While watching him sand every pipe that needed reconnecting, he was focused, and patient until the work was completed. The water was turned on to check for leaks. I have found my plumber. I purchased a property as a short sale a few years back. I’ve been looking for an honest plumber for a long time. Aqua Plus is my plumber for now on. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Burchell arrived on the agreed upon date to replace my water heater. He assessed the job and took time to thoughtfully explain what was needed to correct the problem, including bringing it up to code. He and his counterpart Malcolm did a clean, organized and professional job for a fair price, which was much less than an estimate I got from another plumber that was referred by Home Adviser. I plan to hire them again in the coming weeks for another job. And I plan to recommend him to my friends, co-workers and congregation at church. If you need a plumber in PG County, DC or wherever they serve, you should give them a call. Thanks Aqua Plus for your integrity and for taking pride in your work. This company went above and beyond to help us with a difficult problem. The technician came to our house at 7 pm Christmas eve and left at 4 am Christmas morning. The one guy worked to 1 am to realize this was a 2 man job. He called his partner and woke him up . Once he got there they proceeded to fix the problem. When they fixed the problem they did a good job with clean up. The first guy said he had been working since 10 am and never complain. I highly recommend this company.
