I thought he was great! Willing to fix issue after hours 6:00pm. He was super quick and fixed the faucet which had rusted out on exterior wall and spewing water everywhere. He turned off water at meter and replaced pipe and spigot for very reasonable price. Thanks Laura

It was a weekend and I was in a bind with a clogged shower and toilet in a one bathroom house. The owner of the business, James Strowbridge, came right out on a Sunday morning and was able to assist quickly and efficiently and it was a decent price as well. I have worked with James twice in the past year and his services are definitely recommendable. He showed up on time (maybe even a few mins early), he was wearing a company shirt (which I appreciate) and he was respectful. He figured out our first issue so quickly and with an easy fix. He didn't make it more complicated than it was and the issue is still resolved to this day. We needed a kitchen sink to be unclogged a few weeks later and again he was able to schedule us quickly and he was on time. He had to bring out the big boy snake but he fixed the clog and still resolved nearly a year later. We own two homes and now I text him whenever we need preventative maintenance or have plumbing issues at either home. I recommend Strowbiz Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to give his number to family and friends. 5 stars no doubt. Thanks for being our guy!

I called James (who is the owner) at 10 am on Sunday looking for service. He was actually driving to breakfast with his wife. We kept in contact via text. James was out by 12 pm and promptly fixed the pipe under my sink that was leaking massive amounts of water. I have a 4 month old so water is very important for us. I got James information off a recommendation on Facebook. I can not be more thankful that he promptly answered his phone and restored water to my home. We have saved his information and plan to pass it to anyone seeking a professional friendly prompt plumber. Thanks James you are the best.

We have a home that we bought about 1 1/2 years ago that was built in 1925. It has some really old plumbing that someone had previously tried to "patch". The patch ended up being breached and roots took over inside the line. This all happened 10 days before 10 people come in for the Christmas holiday. We knew we had a big issue and we were worried that our guests would be really inconvenienced. Strowbiz was the 3rd company that I had out. The issue was just too big for the 1st 2 companies. James was recommended by the 2nd company. James called the referring plumber and they collaborated on what the issue was. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and worked to diagnose the issue and create a plan for fixing the issue the next day. The fix involved replacing a section of the line that was under the house. James and Alfred worked on the problem, digging out the bad pipe and replacing with a new section. Only a few times in my 60 years have I personally witnessed determination to resolve a problem like James demonstrated. He does not give up. He worked through multiple issues and just would not quit. At the start of the project he said he was "going to resolve it"; and he would give up until it was done. Determination like this is rare these days and I admire how James and his team approached the job. James gave me a budget number that did not take advantage of our situation and he delivered as he promised. I can't rate them any higher than a 5 or I would. All I can do is say "THANK YOU"!

Awesome company! Our Condo Community, Westwind Place in the Westchase area used Strowbiz to perform an emergency service on Easter weekend on multiple main water breaks that had been going on for weeks. They came out immediately with all of their equipment. Our water main break was down at least 5ft and another water main break next to it was down just as far. Crazy to see all the water and how far down it was. The company worked 48 hours straight fixing our problems, our driveways and part of our roads leading to it had to be excavated to get to the source of the break. Our pipes are old unfortunately, saw old metal fittings from the 70s/80s that maybe was the culprit. Loved the vibe going on while they worked, loved the Michael Jackson music!! The owner, James, really seems to love his job! It’s great to see people love their job, master their work , especially when there are so many out there that don’t and are lazy workers. This company worked hard. 5 stars !! Thanks for helping our community!

James was very nice and knew exactly what was wrong with my water heater right when he looked at it then took care of it right away. He went and got me a new water heater and took the old one away for me. He was fast, affordable and professional...so you definitely can't go wrong calling him for any plumbing issues!

Strow Biz Plumbing was highly recommended by a friend of mine recently. I contacted them late in the evening and he was out at my house early the following the morning to fix my problems. James quickly diagnosed the issues and replaced a fill valve for my toilet bowl and the trap under the bathroom sink. He also installed a new garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. He was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I would definately utilize this company again. If you are ever in need of a good plumber, please give them a call. You won't regret it.
