I've used Roto Rooter at least once a year for 7 years. Always wonderful service and great experience. Today John arrived and unclogged a toilet for us. Even in the bitter cold and snow and being busy John arrived within 25 minutes and spent 4 hours unclogging a frozen line. He was determined to get it and he DID!! So professional and cheerful throughout the visit. And cost much less than I expected. You are a wonderful company and we are so appreciative of your wonderful service. I've never had a bad experience with you. Thanks for being such a wonderful company. John gave us such excellent service today.

Very responsive service! Came the same day I called to make an appt. Cameron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Showed me the reason for the drain backup and what can be done in the future to keep drains clear. Made sure that everything was draining properly before he left by running several of gallons of water thru my wash machine. Very reasonably priced also. Will definitely recommend.

Wow! Outstanding service...history with the home prior to my ownership made for an informative, efficient, and quality service stop. They talked me through the issues, showed me where my pipe met the city line, provided affordable and realistic recommendations for maintenance, and made me laugh despite the major mess that occurred prior to their arrival due water back up and the shortcomings of another local plumbing company that didn't resolve the issue. The best in town is Roto Rooter! 12/10 by far!

I called late on a Friday night and from my first interaction, Chris was a ten! He was polite and courteous on the phone, saying he couldn’t get to me right away but wanted to know the details of what was going on and let me know when he could be here. He showed up and was as pleasant as could be. He fixed the toilet issue and was on his way. Thank you for such an easy service call! Would never think of calling any other company ;) Chris, you are the bomb dot com. Thank you and I appreciate you!!

Was at my house within 2 hours of me calling them. Sewer pipe from septic to house had frozen up. The young man who did the work was so professional, friendly, and clean. Expensive fix, but it was done right and I was assured that everything would work fine now. I can’t say enough about this employee. If I had a business I would be hiring him in a heartbeat. We need more like him in the working world
