Alex and his team did a great job with our new furnace and AC unit! They made sure to explain all of my options very clearly and during the installation process explained each step they were doing and why they did things a certain way. We're very happy they were able to work with our schedule too and get the new heater up and running in one day so we didn't have to worry about a cold night. Curtis was AMAZING! Unfortunately, the issue that we had him come out for, It was....a bit of a mystery as to what caused it to happen. However, we had a few things around our house that had to be looked at as well, and Curtis was more than happy to help us get them all taken care of, and back to working order. We're especially grateful to him, and 'Friendly'. Since my wife is about to give birth any day now, at home! So, it's nice to know that these guys are available to come quickly, and help get things fixed as soon as possible. They have always been very fair, and very experienced. They know what they're doing! Even with Curtis being a newcomer... you could tell he knows his stuff! Have used this company several times and have had awesome results and interactions every time. Most recent was a heating a cooling unit for my garage Detail Shop so i don’t freeze during the winter and melt during the summer. From the time i called for an estimate, to the time they finished installing the unit was less than a week. I have used Friendly in the past and really feel they are a reliable, dependable and knowledgeable company. My hot water heater was making noises and I wasn’t sure if the soft water brine tank was working properly. Joseph was very knowledgeable and informative about the brine tank working well, flushing out the hot water heater, making some adjustments and also giving us a quote for a someday instillation of an in demand water heater. I am glad I decided to do a maintenance contract with them!

Friendly really did a knockout job on two major projects we needed. In the summer, they helped replaced our water main line that had burst underground in the yard which came at a time after a lot of frustration with a landscaping company. Then this winter Alex and his team took care of a new furnace and A/C system replacement. Very professional and we did not have any worry about the quality of the work done on either project. I don't leave many reviews, however when someone goes above and beyond as Jonathan, Chase, Corbin and Alex have, the experience must be shared. I have used Friendly Heating and Air for both installation of two heaters and now a new AC unit. We had a very complex and complicated condo unit with a very strict HOA governance and had to have Alex and his team work around framing, tight crawl spaces and a very difficult air intake and exhaust situation. They all had to come back and forth to the job at least 4 or 5 times. Each time they had to return they were polite, positive and professional. After many long days and creative thinking, they completed the job within a few days. If you need any HVAC or plumbing work done. These are the only guys you need to call!

I had a radiant heating system that failed and scheduled an appointment with Friendly Plumbing and HVAC. I was subsequently warned by two former customers who had posted on a service rating/information app, both of whom suggested that Friendly was not honest and would try to upsell or overcharge. Already scheduled, I advised the schedular of the warnings I had received and decided to give them a chance to repair their reputation, at least on the app. Schedulers, Denise and Nicole, were both very apologetic and assured me they were sending their best man. Ron and Derek arrived promptly and were knowledgeable, thorough and, yes, very friendly. They identified and repaired the problem and the cost was reasonable. After testing the system, they walked me through maintenance needs and what to watch for to head off future problems. I feel good about giving them a second chance and will invite them to bid on future projects.

Friendly Home Services installed our furnace and AC in 2017. Since that time we've kept our annual maintenance plan and have been delighted with the service. In our latest fall check-up plumber Ron McGinnis flushed and descaled our tankless water heater and identified some leaks and a needed sediment trap for the water heater. The estimate was reasonably priced and the work Ron performed was outstanding. HVAC specialist Greg Wooten also educated me to potential issues that we could have in the future with the heater and he'll be back to install a surge protector on the heater. We are always grateful to Friendly's professionals in keeping us aware of leaks, problems, and code requirements.

In 90 minutes the trio had an excellent new system ...up and running, with all the frills.. the old one wasn't broken, just 13 years old. The new install is sweet! Now I can enjoy that my household can take 2 baths and a shower without delays, one right after each other...instead of waiting :45 to have the boiler to struggle to recover... Alex was very knowledgeable and professional, and answered all of the questions I had. While he was doing the furnace tune up, he found some issues with the original installation. Friendly Home installed a new heating and air system for my home last year, Alex explained to me what were not done correctly and he fixed the problems. I really appreciate his honesty and work ethics. Alex knows what he’s doing, and provides excellent service. About three weeks later Alex came back and did a tune up for my AC. He was so pleased to work with and went the extra miles to rinse off the dirt built up on the condenser unit. Thank you Alex! Highly recommended.

I knew the cold weather was coming, so I attempted to fire up my furnace a couple of days ago (Tuesday). My system was possessed, because the air conditioner came on instead of the heater. I called Friendly Home Services, and they got me scheduled for the next morning. I received a text message with a picture of the technician that would be coming to my house, which was a nice touch. Cory S. showed up shortly thereafter, and got to work trying to locate the problem. The field supervisor Skylar showed up right after that, and began to assist Cory in the assessment. Once the problem was determined, they showed me the issues - which included showing me the cracks in the heat exchanger with their camera. Long story short, my system(s) were in bad shape. They broke the news to me that I needed to replace my system and showed me why it was unsafe to continue to use. I reluctantly agreed, and they set the wheels in motion. They had the installers and the new equipment to my house in about an hour! Cory L. and Mayson showed up first, and they were both very courteous. They covered all pathways with tarps, and then I showed them where everything was. Mayson got to work outside unhooking the compressor unit, and Cory went downstairs to begin disassembly of the unit. A few minutes later, another installer named Charles showed up. I had two lead techs and another technician working to replace my heating and A/C systems! They were so fast - my new systems were up and running in a little over three hours!! Cory, Mayson and Charles were very respectful of my home and explained everything in great detail. I could not be happier with the service I received, and all things considered I feel I paid a fair price for such great service. If you need service, give Friendly Home Services a call. Excellent experience!

Our 50 year old home is heated by a boiler by the use of floor heating boards . We woke up to a partially flooded basement and we couldn't figure out where the water was coming from as it was coming up through the basement floor until we meet with Joseph Tirko our friendly plumber. He evaluated quickly where a pipe had cracked under the foundation and figured out a plan that was cleavor and efficient that saved use thousands of dollars. It took him only a half of a day to fix and repair while also providing a way to prevent future leaks with the other lines still under the home. In our opinion, he IS the BEST and a life saver for us. We highly recommend Joseph and will keep him in our personal address files.

Friendly Home Services has excellent customer service! They installed a new heating and air system for the previous owner of my home. The work was done by an EX-employee of theirs who was let go shortly after the work on my house was done because he was found to take shortcuts. Over the course of at least 3 years, there have been several occasions where problems from those shortcuts have manifest themselves. Each time I have called, they immediately, professionally, and free of charge sent technicians to resolve the problems even though I am not the original owner and a lot of time has passed since the installation. There is much peace of mind that come from knowing a company will back up their work like this!

Great service, I called for a leaking faucet, Jesus checked the water softness which led us to the water softener which he adjusted( not on the initial request). While he was working on the water softener he noticed a leak coming from the wall from the washing machine area and was able to locate the source of the problem which was a blocked drain. And Carl a new technician to come out to fix that problem. Excellent service I can’t recommend enough

Justin does a great job! I used him for our personal home and I also refer my real estate clients to use them for inspections as well since they are so thorough and have a great price! Friendly is a correct name for this company, everyone (even the schedulers) are super friendly!! Update: I came on here again to give Beau a 5 star rating too. For may of 2021. My personal home had an unexpected drain issue. He came over once and wasn’t able to diagnose it 100% because somethings were in the way. I was able to move some things and He came back in between a job the same day that I called him and was able to diagnose it. Also extremely friendly and personable. Definitely will trust my home services and all my clients home services to Friendly home services. All their technicians are top notch!! I had another plumber come out that same week from a different company and quote me $11,000 to do a fix when they didn’t even put a camera down the drain or know anything that was going on. Friendly home services actually diagnoses the problem and then gives you a realistic quote .

I have had Friendly Service to my home before and felt like I got a good deal. Not so much this time. The techs were very nice, but I feel the price was too high for what was done. I also expected more from the "tune up" not really sure anything was done for that cost. I would like to have seen the new capacitor that was installed before the unit was closed up. I mean honestly, how do I even know it was done. Hopefully the tech is an honest guy and he probably is, but I don't know him. In the end, expected to pay $66 for a furnace and AC tune up, ended up $560. Will probably shop around next time.

The cost was a bit higher than I had anticipated, although I'm sure it was competitive to similar sized companies. Used Friendly Plumber for the first time. Reading their reviews and using Home Adviser, I decided to give them a try. They were excellent in their service. They had to cancel the first appointment due to an emergency but the reschedule was very fast. First impressions say a lot and I can definitely say the first impression I got from the technician was great. He explained how he would have to tackle the job and the reasons which was great for me to hear and learn. Jason M was the technician and he was great. We used Friendly Plumber Heating and Air today to check out our furnace and air conditioning unit. Taylor was our technician and the whole experience was really great! Calling to schedule to visit was very easy. We were given a 4-hour window to expect service and then another phone call about 30 minutes before Taylor arrived. I was really impressed with the people in the office, the texts that they send to confirm, remind you of your appointment, and also to “introduce” you to your technician. Taylor was friendly, professional, and courteous. He maintained appropriate boundaries, was kind to my children (and not in a weird way), knowledgeable, and laid back. Again, the entire service including payment and follow-up was so easy and professional. I highly recommend this service!

Excellent service. We had tried calling multiple companies about a clogged drain and no one was able to come out same day except for an additional after hours charge. These guys were able to come out, diagnose the issue and offer a solution all for a great price. The technician was very professional polite and friendly. As the owner of a back yard cottage rental apartment, I needed a quick response and maintenance of a faulty gas furnace. Their technician Alex W. came to look at our A/C in the summer and again at our thermostat/heater in the winter when we were having issues with them. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honest. We had another company come out in the summer to look at the A/C and fed us B.S. problems about our unit and tried to get us to pay $1800+ for repair. Alex came out and identified that it was just an issue with the filter needing to be changed more often, showed us the levels our A/C was operating at so we knew everything was fine. It's because of Alex's high level of customer service and integrity that we will not even bother calling anyone else going forward. All companies could use more employees like him.

He was able to take a good amount of time to walk me through the process and make sure I understood. My only complaint was that the staff who were answering phones and making the appointments. They were also friendly, but I was referenced to a coupon that didn’t exist and was told that a technician would be at the appointment at within a certain timeframe which was not the case. Overall still very impressed and would use these guys again for sure.

BUYER BEWARE: Whether a job takes 30 minutes or 4 hours, you’ll get charged the same for a plumbing repair because they charge you like a mechanic. $390 for one hour of work, the part is $45 at Lowe’s before markup. How is this good for the customer? Simple answer, it’s not. You need to charge ACTUAL costs, not use some guide that says it COULD take up to 3 hours and charge customers accordingly. Fool me once, shame on me…and you’ll never fool me twice.

I needed my water heater and AC serviced prior to selling my home. I had another company come out to look at my equipment, but they were very unprofessional and basically told me I needed to replace everything. So I called Friendly Plumber for a second opinion, and I was very pleased with the experience. They were flexible with the arrival time because I could not be home as soon as they were able to come to my home at the beginning of the time window we had set. Also, they’re technicians, Jeremy and Gage, were very professional and honest about the status of my water heater and AC. They did the work quickly and were very friendly and respectful the entire time. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me like the other company, but instead worked with me the best way they could. The project was expensive, but I did some research and the pricing was fair and appropriate for as big of a project as this. I'd say 4-5 points of contact during the 4 days between when I contacted them and when the inspection occurred. This could annoy some, but it was very helpful for me so I didn't waste an entire day of work just waiting around for them. Very prompt and true to their estimates. This is a story of redemption, I would say. We had Friendly Plumber come in February to fix a leak (water dripping from ceiling). The Friendly Plumber technician came out, poked around and then declared that our water regulator was malfunctioning--causing too much pressure to enter the system and the tub upstairs needed a new part. He made those fixes, handed us a ~$750 bill and departed. The leaking continued sporadically and this was very disappointing. I avoided contacting Friendly Plumber again because I didn't want to pay another ~$750 for a another failed repair. At length, I did call Friendly Plumber back and asked that they send a different technician. Chuck came this time and he was very good. He was dedicated and logical and relentless. He understood the history and he demonstrated a dogged commitment to set things right and get the problem solved no matter what the obstacles he would have to overcome. We ripped out the ceiling and he traced out the source of the water. He determined it was the drain in the shower upstairs and he replaced that. Along the way he found other possible issues and addressed them as he encountered them ( at one point driving on a 60 mile round trip to get parts). He also provided and installed a new shower head. After each step he would keep testing and when he saw it did not fix the problem, he kept investigating. That was important to me. After the new drain was installed the leaking stopped! He then told us to use the shower and check the drain for several days before we pronounce it fixed for good. He departed after 7 hours without leaving an additional bill--saying (in essence) that Friendly Plumber wanted to make it right and that any further discussion of additional billing would have to wait until we had ample evidence that the problem was resolved. It has now been a week. The fix remains dry and tight. I will recover/ repair the ceiling soon now that I am confident that the problem is permanently addressed. Please convey to Chuck my appreciation for his dedication in setting things right. I think the fair thing to do is to have Chuck decide how much further (if anything) we might owe now that the problem is resolved. If Chuck's bill for his efforts exceeds ~$750 range, then I expect to pay more and I would accommodate a bill that charges me any difference. I do not wish to be unjustly enriched by receiving goods and services beyond the net reasonable amount I should pay. In the end, I appreciate a business that stands behind their work. No one is perfect. The first technician made mistakes and it caused us some heartaches; but, Friendly Plumbing came through in the end and stood by their work and set it right. Yes, I would call on Chuck from Friendly Plumbing again without hesitation. - Ron McFarland

After the distinct pleasure of our sewer backing up into our house, we discovered a "serious shift" in our sewer line, and separation throughout the pipe. We got around 7 bids from big and small companies (some of which included a "family" discount), providing options to repair just a section of the pipe, shoot a liner down the whole thing, and even some bids to dig it up old-school and replace it with a new line. Friendly Plumber was the last company I called, and it saved me at least $5,000. Wes and Jason came out on a Monday, were extremely thorough, friendly, and professional in their inspection, spending at least 30 minutes just making sure they were aware of all options. When they gave me the price, I assumed they had made some mistake; it was so much lower than the rest of the bids I had to verify all of the details to make sure. 50 year parts and labor warranty, replacing the whole line, done in a few days. Their crew showed up to dig the next day, and shot the liner on Wednesday. At 5 PM on Wednesday, we were back in business. Kevin and his team let me watch as they scoped the entire sewer line to check for issues, finding none. Replacing our sewer line wasn't really in the plans this spring, but all things considered, Friendly Plumber made it as painless as you could hope for. From bid to replacement in barely 48 hours, to coming out thousands of dollars less than the next cheapest company... they're the only company I'd recommend.

Generally if an appointment is 1:00-5:00, you plan on closer to 5:00 and blow the day without knowing when they’ll come. The first guy Gage for the furnace tune up arrived ahead of me at a few minutes after 1:00. The plumbing specialist Bryan for garbage disposal and some miscellaneous bits we found was here about thirty minutes later. The work was well done, clean, efficiant, friendly, and professional. Matthew Richardson was phenomenal. We had another company come out first to look at our gas leak with a line connected to our range. They were convinced that the range itself was the issue and that they couldnt help us, so we contacted Friendly Home Services. They sent out Matt, and he identified the issue within 2 minutes of looking at the line and the connectors that the connector to the gas valve was the likely culprit based on the junction likely to be for regular pipes and not flaired for gas connection. He quickly and professionally made the necessary changes that fixed the gas leak. We are incredibly delighted that Matt was the one to come out and could fix the issue!

Bo and Justin were super friendly and personable and I felt totally comfortable having them in my home. They fixed my clogged kitchen sink pretty quickly with an auger. In terms of their service and professionalism — 5 stars. But for the business itself, I think it’s way over priced. When I set the appointment, I was only told that it would be an $80 service call and would go toward any service performed — they wouldnt even give me a possible ball park price over the phone. I thought for sure it cant be much more than $100 to fix this. Then Bo and Justin arrive and I describe the situation. No further evaluation was needed before they gave me the price of $235 to clear the clog, or $240 for the 1 year maintenance plan (includes a second drain clearing if needed later). Since I was already out $80 for them to show up, I agreed to the $240 to have the work done, but I am very unhappy that the pricing wouldnt be given over the phone. I would not hire this company again based on their “ha, we got you!” tactics and very high price.

I was a little worried when I had water backing up out of my washer drain pipe on New Years Eve. I found Friendly Plumber online through a local search and left a message using their online form. Within 5 minutes of submitting the form I was called back to discuss my problem and set up an appointment a few days out. They told me they would contact me before the appointment, which they did several time through text to confirm the time and date. I was so impressed! My experience with these guys was 100% awesome. I called them at noon frustrated because I had been without hot water for 4 days. There is snow on the ground and I work out every day...lets just say I was desperate. My home warranty was giving me problems, which is the reason for the delay. They were able to come by within just a few hours. They put shoe covers on before entering the home, which is huge because I have a sign at my door asking people to take their shoes off. I called Friendly Plumbers for a bid to install central air in my home. Frank came to my house on time for the appointment! (The first company I called didn't even bother to show up) Frank was great at explaining the process as well as my options. I decided to use their service and two days later Friendly Plumbers sent Justin and Josh out to do the install. These guys worked super hard and figured out how to get my central air installed. After the installation, they took me around to show all the work they did. I explained that I didn't like where my filter was located from the furnace that was previously there, so they took the time to cut out an easier way for me to access the filter. I'm very pleased with the work that's been done. If I ever need additional plumbing or HVAC services in the future i'll definitely use Friendly Plumbers!

Awesome experience! Highly recommend. I called Friendly Plumber and a very sweet girl named Mikali answered. She was great and got me set-up for an on-call to not only come out an hour sooner than "Any Hour" plumbing could, but for $100 cheaper as well. Brady came out very late because I had a leak in my first floor ceiling from a broken tub drain on the 2nd floor. He was extremely nice and didn't charge anything additional for the fix, only the on-call charge, which was only $99. Great employees. I'd recommend them to any homeowner.

My mom was having issues with her sewer line and we had another plumbing company come out (BIG mistake) to assess the problem. We were told she had a broken pipe out in the parking strip and it would cost over $6800.00, my 88 year old mother nearly had a heart attack. I made an appointment with Friendly Plumber on Friday afternoon to have them come out on Saturday to assess the situation and give us a quote before the other company started work Monday morning. Zack Burton arrived at his scheduled time and had me watch as he put his camera down her sewer pipe, so I could see what he would see. He saw that she had a fiber optic line going through her sewer line and showed me exactly where it was (in her lawn area, not the parking strip). He told us to call the city and tell them about the situation, he even went so far as to give us his phone number just in case the city needed to ask him any questions. They did call him and he answered all of their questions. Monday morning I called the city, they sent people out right away and my mom's sewer pipe was fixed by Wednesday, at no cost to her. The company that put the fiber optic line is even going to reimburse her for the cost of the first plumber. Zack was prompt, polite, honest, used shoe covers every time he came into the house and saved my mom thousands of dollars! All my mom's neighbors want his number and he is going to be our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs. It is great to know there are still honest and ethical people and companies out there! The great folks at Friendly continue to exceed all expectations! Our heating system shut down this morning and with temperatures in the 20s it didn't take long for the house to get cold. I admit, I almost passed on using Friendly Plumbing Heating & Air as I'd never heard of them before. We needed a complete HVAC system as well as a water heater. We received several bids yet were constantly drawn back to Friendly. Their Rep. Jarom was very professional and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to have our new system installed quickly. When the installers Justin and Junior arrived, they went to work and got the HVAC system done within 5 hours. What can I say about friendly plumbers? They are just that, friendly. Brady and Wes felt more like friends which I think is a great quality for a company to have. I also felt like they were an advocate when our homeowners insurance adjuster was telling me things he had no training in and had no business discussing with me. They confronted the insurance adjuster which was a little awkward but definitely appreciated. I felt like they were genuinely concerned and a true advocate for me. The adjuster asked to look at the invoice for the plumber and continuously said "wow that seems like a lot, doesn't that seem like a lot to you?" This was not only inappropriate and none of his business but also irrelevant since the plumbers had already begun their work. Brady and Wes offered to stop working so I could get a second opinion. I declined this offer because ain't no body got time for that! I trusted that they were charging me a fair price. We also had Jarom come out and take a look at our furnace which surprise! More bad news... when it rains it pours right? He discovered same major issues with the furnace and legally had to shut her down! Soon we could have carbon monoxide leaking thought our whole house and with two little girls running around my house, That is not something I want to mess with! We do not have the money for a new furnace on top of the pluming we just had done and when I told Jarom I was just going to reach out to Ellen he said "who's Ellen?" WHAT??!!! Bless his little heart. <3 We have been hoping for the best with the weather but so far it has not been on our side. Winter is coming... (snow on Sunday) We have space heaters in our rooms keeping us warm at night. We have set up a GoFundMe if y'all are in the giving mood hit me up ;) All in all I have been pleased with the staff at friendly plumbers. The only thing negative I can say is they forgot to clean up some of their messes but my house was an absolute pig sty so I'll let it slide.

Seth and Walter came out two days in a row. First day they did the work I requested, but that wasn't enough to fix the problem. (Not their fault, a main sewer line with tree roots everywhere.) They came out first thing the next morning and used their high pressure system to clean the lines. My parents just moved and we asked Friendly Plumber to come out and replace the valves under all the sinks, re-seat all the toilets, change out the faucets and plumbing fixtures so that we don't have a problem in the future. We have 2 water heaters in series, and the first went out. I called Daniel and the Friendly Plumber came out in a very timely manner. They assessed the situation and gave me a fair bid. They are great we had them come in for a kitchen clog removal come to find out that our drain was clogged with fat and grease right down to the main. They used a hydro jet to clean our drain from top to bottom. They also gave us free advice on our shower telling us what brand it is and what cartridge was needed. Will be using them again! Today was not Friendly Plumbers best work. I waited all day, appointment 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. but they did not come. Got a call that they were over booked could they come 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. At 5:15 they still had not arrived. I called to check in, told me another 30 to 45 minutes. At 6:15 they finally showed up! 15 minutes later a 2nd truck showed up. I spent 9 hours waiting so Two teams did not make the difference. They knew I was upset and they better do a great job!!! My time is valuable, appointments are vital but keeping appointments even more valuable. They do good work but be prepared to wait... 4 Stars for their work but 1 to 2 Stars for keeping appointments.

The only one big problem was that even when the manufacturer of my water heater said that they can send the invoice directly to them, they force me to pay at the moment of the service and then try to get reimbursed. They suppose to be Rheem authorized service but don't want to bill them. I don't understand that and was a pain to pay almost the full price of a new water heater for a small fix. Rheem sent the part and they charge me to put it. The technician was super friendly and willing to work during the pandemic.

Lesson learned: When something is dripping, don't try turning it on and off again. Works great for computers and servers, not so great for plumbing. When I went to turn it back off, it didn't turn off all the way. The drip had turned into a small stream that didn't stop. Fortunately for me, Wes was able to come out within an hour and get it turned off. He was respectful and lived up to the friendly name, despite my silly mistake. My husband and I are simply blown away with the service we received from Friendly. We returned to our home in Park City at midnight after a weeklong trip to Michigan for my father-in-law’s funeral to find our 19 year old furnace wasn’t working. I called Friendly first thing in the morning and they sent Jarom out at 11:00 am, just as they promised. After a short inspection he showed us exactly what was wrong with the furnace and unfortunately it was the most expensive part that could possibly bust. Since it was a builder’s grade furnace that had pretty much reached its expiration date we decided to replace it. Jarom took measurements of the house to determine what size furnace we would need, walked us through all of the grades of the Coleman furnaces they carry and explained the differences in great detail. Still, we wanted to do some additional research on the internet before making a decision and a told him we would contact him within an hour. After reviewing all the pros and cons and reading customers evaluations we called Jarom to tell him we had decided on the Coleman 96% 2 stage variable and April Air steam humidifier to replace an old Nortec model we’d had. He said he’d have the equipment delivered that afternoon and said he would try to get a crew to install it later that same evening after completing another job in Park City. He called later to confirm they could. Jarom, Justin and Josh showed up around 7:00 and were done with the furnace installation around 10:00 pm. We had agreed to have them return 3 days later at 8:00 am to install the humidifier, which they did. And they didn’t run our credit card for the entire installation until after the humidifier was also installed. In summary: the crew was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, polite - and clean! They totally cleaned up everything after completing the work. We had previously used Friendly for some tricky plumbing work and were equally impressed with the work and crew. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I don’t think anyone likes going through plumbing issues but these guys made it okay - with smiles and laughs. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

I'm so excited to write this review because we have found a plumber for life with Daniel and Josh! I thought we had a leak in a toilet and got a recommendation and called My Friendly Plumber's. Turned out its wasn't a big deal, but they checked it out and tightened up a loose part just to be safe all while they listened to my endless chatter with a smile. Then the next day we had an actual problem and had a big leak in our other upstairs toilet leaking into the ceiling below! So naturally I called the Friendly plumber and they came ASAP. They worked fast to find the problem and then gave us a fair price plus references for other services we needed to remedy the entire problem. Honestly it is a gamble sometimes when you hire someone to service your home but I never worried about anything with Josh and Daniel! This company is awesome!!
