Tyler was prompt and courteous. Very helpful and honest with my odd issue with my dryer vent. He offered several solutions and even recommended some companies to help too. His honesty was so nice. Especially these days when it seems like everyone is out to make as much as they can rather than do a top notch job. He wasn't able to fix the issue but he helped me find someone who can. I would recommend these guys to anyone with heating or plumbing issues.

I called Action, who sent Tyler Bass to come over and do a bid for us. I knew I already wanted to sign up for regular maintenance, since Action is who replaced the heater for the previous owners, but I wanted a bid for other things as well. We recently bought a house and I wanted to know about, and where our heating, water, and air systems stood on maintenance. He really took the time I needed to answer all of my many questions. He is very knowledgeable. I also felt he was talking straight and honest with me. He was also able to give me thorough bids for the other projects we're working on. It was a good experience. I highly recommend you ask for Tyler.

My wife called action out to look at the furnace. Our house was freezing at night. They came out right away. At 11 pm the guys showed up and realized our furnace was having multiple issues. After researching repair parts it was evident that getting a new furnace would be our best bet. We are very happy with our new system. They installed it the very next morning. It’s working awesome. Never had such a quiet furnace. Our last one made so much noise. This new one I can’t even hear. Having a warm house and I can’t even here it run. Very nice quality job!

We had a great experience with Action when my elderly mom’s old furnace gave out on a day when it was super cold. Tyler showed up right away and talked us through our options. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and also really kind to my mom. We felt like we could trust him. Soon, Oscar and Jacob came with the new equipment and by afternoon my mom’s new furnace had the house warm and cozy for her. We were amazed at how efficiently and quickly the job was done. We used a different company a few weeks ago when we noticed a sewer smell coming from our drains. They told us they were sure it was just buildup in the sink drains so we purchased the drain cleaner they sold, but it still did not take away the problem. Last night, our basement flooded from the laundry room drain. We tried calling several places to get someone out right away. Action plumbing was the only one who could get someone out that evening. Aaron came shortly thereafter. He helped us determine that the problem was a clog in the main line outside. He flushed out the line and showed us what he was doing and the before and after. He was here for several hours and late into the night. He was also very careful as to not track dirt or debris into my house or cross contaminate to areas that were not damaged. This was a big deal to me. They are coming back today to check with a camera to make sure there are no other issues. Aaron was so kind, and sympathetic to our situation and explained things completely including price and options to help us prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend asking for Aaron if you call Action Plumbing. We will certainly use them if needed in the future and we will be sure to ask for him. Thank you Aaron.

Very happy with their service! Tyler did a FABULOUS job and at a great price. We had to move our garbage disposal for our new sink, and it required custom work, as it was beyond standard parts. He made it look easy, even though we spent the night before at Home Depot trying to figure it out. Tyler also made it to us earlier than expected - Action texted and called to see if we would prefer that earlier time, which we did. Professional service and great price all around.

I had a furnace put in about 5 to 6 months back and it stopped working about 3 weeks into in stall.i was 1st told it was do to my electrical having issues. I had one part of that fixed which I knew was an issue (a switch). After that was fixed I turned on the furnace and it was still having issues working correctly. Michael and Jesse came out and I was able to let them know what I had heard in the pipeline of intake and exhaust after looking into the angles and not so eye appealing job of the installers they fixed the situation.

I started with Action Plumbing when my floor drain backed up at about 11:00 PM. Many plumbing companies offer 24 hour service, but few actually back it up. Action does. It was probably midnight when they got to my house and after 2:00 AM when they left. The next day Action came and scoped my sewer lines and found cracks, tree root balls, and separation where the pipes had shifted. They went through all my options and put in a sleeve to repair and protect the pipes from future damage. I next had to have my furnace and a/c replaced. I had several bids, but Action was by far the best price. My neighbor had to have his done also but went with another company. When it came time to have his installation done, the company informed him they had sold his units to someone else and he would have to wait. This was in July in the middle of the heat waves. No discount for there error. He had to wait another month for them to complete the work. My furnace and a/c were installed within two days. I also had Action put in a water softener. Once again the work was completed promptly and efficiently with no problems. I recommend Action for all your plumbing, heating, a/c, and electrical work. All of their staff have been very professional and knowledgeable. I do not believe you can go wrong by using this company.

Wow. Just wow. I have never had anybody so respectful I'm my home. They sent out a technician named Jim. Very friendly very personable, after about 15 minutes of great conversation he went downstairs to evaluate my furnace and just do a seasonal tune-up. Took multiple pictures to show me all the buildup dust dirt and debris that it accumulated in my furnace in just 4 years. I do have pets. I have neglected filter maintenance. After about 5 minutes more of talking to this man and looking at pictures I knew he knew his stuff and he knew everything he was talking about was absolutely accurate not one question did I ask did he not have an immediate answer for I highly recommend this company and this technician he was hands down the best that I've ever had show up and I've been using action for the last 4 years. Give this man a raise he is phenomenal

My 90 yr old father hired Action Plumbing. He didn't understand a lot of what he told. He received no copy of the invoice. As my elderly parents don't use email, like many elderly, a printed copy should be given out. A monthly membership charge was added to the contract that I only discovered by reading the fine print at the bottom of the contract he signed which obtained after I called requesting a copy of the contract. I feel this was a deception played on someone who didn't understand what was being done. It was not listed in the invoice only in the fine print. They came a day early when no one was prepared with very little notice. All workers were courteous. Clean up was done well. Customer service was poor. I called multiple times to get information and was promised three times I would be called back but never received the promised call.

Our power was out for 14 hours. When the power came back on, the furnace didn't. After a very cold night, Jim and Jacob were at our home early and had our furnace running again within an hour. Jim took the time to explain the probable power surge that had shut it down and suggested a surge protector could be helpful in the future. He did a complete review of our system and noticed the coil underneath had not been serviced for sometime and we asked him to clean it. They were polite, informative, and pleasant. Tyler came out and inspected my leaking water heater. We ended up replacing the unit, he recommended going with the Tankless option and it was the best decision that we made. Before the upgrade we weren’t able to even get enough hot water for a bath but now there are no issues. Very pleased with their work

They were willing to drive 1.5 hours after hours for a maintenence call, but we found someone closer to come quicker. They came the next day to provide a bid for a new AC, but we have not yet finished getting quotes or decided on a company for the project. Pricing, thus far, has been slightly higher than other bids, but the timing/availability to complete the job are much quicker. Austin was an amicable salesman who shared his knowledge and recommendations with me.

We were trying to install a bidet on a skirted toilet and it was not going well. There simply wasn’t enough room behind the toilet to get the connections tight enough to not leak and without stripping a plastic connector. William was very professional. After assessing the problem we opted for a new toilet which he came and installed the next day. The guys were quick, polite, an helpful. I would definitely use Action Plumbing again.

They were on time and had a good response time. Really kind and helpful over the phone. The service staff was really good as well. Tyler came out to see what the problem was with my heater and let me know if i wanted to go the route of the repair then it could lead to more problems and we may need to replace the furnace anyway. We decided to go with a new furnace just for less hassell. The installers came out and theu were super nice and kept working until the job was done. Nice work guys. Aaron and Austin with Action did a great job with a complimentary checkup. The company was in the area with another job, so offered a bunch of neighbors a free camera scan of sewer laterals. While they were here they also flushed the water heater when I asked them to!! The price they quoted to hydrojet some buildup at the foundation connections seemed fair. If it compares to other prices and we decide to do the work I would definitely have them come do the work.

Aaron was PHENOMENAL. Having had a different plumbing company come out during the summer for our kitchen remodel, who didn't put effort into their work, and even did things wrong that they had to come back out to fix the correct way, Aaron and Action Plumbing were a breath of fresh air. We could tell he genuinely cared to take care of us, and suggested various solutions to some issues we were having, which made us feel like we could actually choose the solution we felt could solve our problems but also let us think about what we could afford. This way he posed solutions to us felt very open and honest, instead of what others might try to do of "this is the ONLY option" and fear monger us, the client. He was very tidy with his work, super friendly, and I could tell he really cared to do a good job to keep a good reputation, both for himself as well as the company. We were so impressed with him that I even sent him on his way with a plate of fresh baked cookies I'd made that evening. If that doesn't tell ya how pleased we were with the service, I don't know what does. Haha! Truly, if you're deciding between different plumbers, don't go the cheapest route (though for what we were getting done/looking to do they were fairly priced), go with those who care to do a really good job, so call these guys - you'll be glad you did.

I have used action for years. I have had amazing technicians and I have had complete buffoons work on my units. Some so bad to the point of almost swearing off this company all together if I’m being truthful however Jim single handedly saved that potential decision with how attentive, how supportive, how knowledgeable, and how professional he was. He made my family his priority to the point where if I didn’t know any better I would assume he was the owner himself because of the pride he demonstrated. I will for sure continue to use action as long as Jim and techs like him are on board! Thank you!!! Ps. You guys need to ditch the hold music. Edit* 9/7/22 Jake the manager came out with his crew and was able to fix the mini split. It did need a new head. And had a freon leak. So hopefully no future issues. But Jake assured of there was they would be taken care of. Spent 50k on a variety of services including, new A/C, Mini Split, Tankless water heater, subpanel install, electrical outlets, washer dryer hookups. And every 1-day job has turned into a 3-day job. Every completed job, has turned into 2 or more return calls because it was not repaired correctly, including the A/C had to be warrantied on day 2, due to inproper install, the water lines on the washer dryer hookups were not installed in the correct location, one of the mini splits was leaking freon (came out and repaired, now 2 months later is out of freon again) When trying to find out when my dryer vent was scheduled for install, the office employees told me they don't offer that service, even though i had already been quoted and billed for it. I mentioned it was on the invoice, she said no it wasn't, i told her I should have between 3- 5 invoices (not sure exactly how many because 2 had been combined into 1) Asked for copies of all invoices for the past 2 months, she sent me 1 invoice. Called back to see if I could get the rest, sent me 2 more, called back to get the last one, lady insisted I only had 3, after half an hour of yelling at each other she found invoice 4. There are a few very good employees at this company but are far outweighed and over shadowed by the bad and poor quality ones. Will not use this company in the future. Too bad I'm stuck with them to warranty all my new equipment for the next 10-20 years.

I don't want the technicians to be dinged for my review... this is a review of the company and uts business practices. Joel did what he is expected to do, bring money in. He was respectful and courteous. Kenny and Trevor came out shortly after for the electrical systems service. The review system does not allow me to give them 5 stars without giving the overall review 5 stars. They were great. Didn't try to upsale, were very empathetic to my frustrations. They get 5 stars. Between the 3 and 5 stars, action gets a 4. I feel that the overall system of up selling to a routine service call is very subjective, and the fact that I am not savvy to the technical side these products open me to a vulnerability that makes me feel raw and slightly scammed. The surge suppression product costed $65 from the manufacturer and it cost $500 for a couple twists on wires and a couple sheet metal mounting screws. While I dont know enough about the process to do it myself, I don't feel that it was a $500 process. Guess I am pleased with the service enough though to pay the unexpected expenses so I don't have to worry about damaging my heating system and needing to get some one in urgently. Don't know that I can afford this maintenance/service plan if there is many more visits. :/

If I could split this review into two separate reviews, I would. But since I can't, I'll try and be very clear. First, the technician who performed this work (Andrew) was very professional, competent, and thorough. He explained the issues and what I needed to remedy the problem. Five stars to him. As for the pricing involved, I wasn't satisfied and should have done some homework on my own before I agreed to the service. I have no issue for what they charged to clean my blower unit, but the $2000 to install an RGF HALO-LED unit (air purifier) was quite pricey. Shopping online from multiple places yields a price of $600-$700. (Amazon sells for $550) Even if you added a transformer ($30) or other needed parts, plus labor ($200), I don't think the price would go up to $2K. I heard that unless you buy this air purifier from a licensed company, the manufacturer won't warranty it. So perhaps I'm paying for the warranty? Unclear exactly. At any rate, I was hoping to talk to the manager about this, but he did not reach out to me. My suggestion? Get several bids on whatever work/parts you need before making a decision. Yes, it'll take some time for multiple companies to come out and assess your needs. But it could save you some money.

We called Action Plumbing and shortly Joseph returned. He worked by himself and later was joined by Oscar. Together they completed the project, the furnace works well - so far. Joseph is very hard working, professional in his conduct. He is welcome in our home , but hopefully not daily. But I appreciate his work ethic and his commitment to serving customers.

We have a newer home and hadn't had an a/c tune up done yet. Last year our a/c stopped working and we called some other contractor that came out. The bill was $2,500 to get a new motor and upgrade our filtration system as they said that the air was not flowing properly. Long story short pretty sure that company ripped us off. With Action Plumbing & Air they sent Andrew Niebauer out and he was absolutely amazing. We did have to do further work to really address the problems from living in a heavy construction area but Andrew was professional, and fast. He took the time to explain and actually physically show us what he was talking about instead of just rambling off HVAC jargon and why he was recommending the upgrades he was and what benefit we would see now and in the long term. We felt like he was truly honest, straight forward and really seemed knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Sometimes it seems like (unless you know about this stuff) it is really easy to get ripped off and you feel sort of helpless because you're at the mercy of the tech that comes out but with Andrew & Action Plumbing we didn't feel that way this time. Can't tell ya what a fresh breath of air that was and how much we really appreciate them. Looking forward to several years HVAC worry free now.

Edit: I'm updating my review based off a conversation I had with an individual from upper management. They were very nice and was able to make some things right with me. It could be that I simply had just a bit of bad luck this time around. I called Action after looking at the reviews and determining that it would be a good company yo repipe my whole house. A big job, though my house isn't very big and a lot of the pipes are easily accessible. This was a mistake. For reference, this job cost $11,500 approximately. Action did not advise me of when they would be arriving, tore my drywall apart in a way that can only be described as reckless, left a pipe hanging from the ceiling in a closet, turned off my furnace and didn't turn it back on, left pipes in my yard, and played extremely loud music without permission. They also cut one of the pipes too short so it stuck out underneath the ceiling so that I could not drywall over it. I also foster kittens, and the furnace being off could have ended very badly for the little ones as they cannot regulate their own body heat for quite a while. In addition, my kitchen sink water was turned off and leaked after they left. Even now they still have been trying to upsell me for products that I don't need. It took multiple calls to have people come back out to fix the issues and 2 weeks of leaving messages to be told that nothing could be done about the bad service. In the end, when I was able to get a hold of a manager, all I was told was that I was being unreasonable (paraphrasing here) and that unless I wanted a credit for a future job, nothing could be done. I'm deeply unsatisfied with the job that I received and the response that was given when I tried to communicate my displeasure. I know what it's like to work in the customer service industry, and I know that it's not easy, so I try my best to be the easiest person to deal with. In this case, it took weeks to try to get this figured out, and in my personal opinion, that's not worth what I paid.

I'm getting ready to sell, and the new buyer did a sewer scope as part of their inspections. Come to find out, it's slipping and creating a low spot for water to pool. Called up Action and they came out the next day to verify. Although I had to pay for a new scope, they did verify it needed to be fixed and scheduled the warranty work to be done. Happy with their service and professionalism.

…Trying hard to not be too biased based on poor service techs, but your techs CANNOT ask a woman if they are home alone. Do I really have to say it?? Asking if your husband is home is the same damn question So I answer…’why is that something you need to ask me?’ …. Action Plumbing was recommended by a friend after we discovered a leak in an outside spigot. We had called another plumber who was not available for a week! Tobias and Art came right out and assessed our situation. As it turned out, our problem was much bigger than anticipated! But no problem, these gentlemen drew up a plan, worked with the mitigation company, and had our house torn apart and back to normal very quickly. We felt like we were their priority and also felt very respected! They were so informative as they went, explaining everything and showing us samples of our old pipes so we could see how deteriorated they were. Everything they did looks 200% better than before! They obviously put in the best they had and it showed in the little extra things that didn't need to be done. Because they were here for several days, my kids told me they actually miss them! 5/9/2022 Once again when I call Action to the rescue! I called at 8:30am and by 11/30 I had Tyler Bass at my door. He listened to me carefully, took a look and diagnosed the issue. He fixes the water pressure and the turn off valve in less than 2 hours and was polite and tidy! 10/11/2021Once again Action to the rescue. Jason was nice, quick and helpful installing a new toilet after the tank broke on my old one. Action is who I always call and they always answer. On Christmas Eve, I noticed water under my furnace. I thought it was from my humidifier so I turned it off and called Action the day after Christmas. They came right out and after diagnosis and discussion, we decided to install a new system, including furnace, humidifier, air conditioner and water heater. They got to work that day to be sure my furnace worked that evening as I had my mother here recovering from emergency heart surgery. Edgar the HVAC expert is the hardest and most focused worker I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He single-handedly installed the furnace and air conditioner and made sure we had heat that very night. As we all know, hiccups happen with large scale projects and this project was not exception. However, Jake and William two of Actions leaders made sure to follow up and ensure my happiness at all work that had been done. From Mary who I talked to on the phone to Edgar and the others in my house working, all were polite, professional and really cared about the situation I was in. Thanks Action Tobias and Art from Action Plumbing are the best! Due to some mishaps with a flooring installation company, we had to have our pipes worked on my action a few months ago. They took out the toilet in our basement bathroom so the flooring could be reinstalled. It took almost 8 weeks for the flooring to come in but finally yesterday it was installed. I called Action and talked to the scheduler yesterday afternoon. This morning first thing Tobias and Art were here. They installed the toilet in a flash and were clean, thorough, and nice. I recommend Action Plumbing and Tobias and Art!

Had our main sewer drain checked and thoroughly cleaned by Tobias with assistance / camera line from Chandler. Considering the steel wool like root system in our pipes the result of their work was fantastic. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and efficiently made everything work great again. They nicely cleaned up afterwards too. Price was a bit shocking, but it’s been a long time since we’ve had work done. The prevention of future main line digging was worth it. We called late on Friday and they were there early Saturday morning. Thanks to Action for the great service!

My water heater was leaking. The very next day Tobias and Art were at my home fixing it. They discovered a problem with my drain, which could have led to a disaster, they replaced the water heater, fixed the drain and did it all in one day. They were great, and I appreciate all their hard work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They were up front and let me see what the problem was. I had a maze of old pipes and they streamlined the lines and took out the redundant old pipes putting in valves that are up to code. I appreciate all their hard work, and professionalism.

I've been for 3 years with Action Plumbing, since I got the A/C unit, but it was until today I got the first good impression about them. I scheduled a routine visit for the heater, before winter kicks in and Shawn was the technician that came to do that. Very knowledgeable, prompt, detail-oriented, friendly but not familiar, very professional, and the reason I took the time to describe his performance is because Shawn went out of his way to make me feel satisfied wit Action Plumbing, He fixed thing that weren't part of his job description today, Shawn came to check just the heater and ended up fixing the a/c unit, changing thermostat (that wasn't installed 3 years ago when I purchased the unit), If you want an excellent, honest and professional job call Action Plumbing and ask for Shawn Middleton. Sorry for the rest of the team but I'm still not happy with them.

This is an updated review. Previously, 9 years ago I had very bad experience with them waiting to get my AC unit serviced. After that experience they had asked if I would give them a second chance and I have used them several times. They aren't the cheapest in town, but I have found them very reliable doing high quality work. Most recently I had an emergency with a broken drainpipe in my basement. They were at my house within an hour and a half, and had the drain repaired in under an hour. Great service.

I was having drain problems even after an initial rooter of my sewer. They ran a camera through the drain and told me I had a low spot or belly in my drain. 4,000 bucks later I had jacked up carpet poorly repaired concrete and a drain that still backed up. A more thorough rooter of the sewer fixed my problem. But they sure leveled out 5' of sewer line.
