We had a new radiator installed and some leaky valves and vents on our steam heat system. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Someone came to the house and gave me an estimate before the work started. Folks came on time every time. They did the work exactly at they said and charged exactly what they said they would charge. Folks cleaned up after themselves and were kind and courteous the whole time they were at my house. For a new radiator, 3 new valves, and a new vent it was $2,512. I really can’t tell you if that’s a fair price or not since I know nothing about being a steam heat repair service but I think it’s good to talk about money whenever money is involved. I’ll definitely call them again when I need more work done.

I sought the services of this firm to evaluate and carry out major repairs on an old residential steam heating system. Because I'm a strong DIY type, I looked very hard to find competent experts whose analysis I could trust. Though I had consulted with several companies that were purportedly experts in steam heating systems, Doug stood out for his deep knowledge, incisive analysis of likely past and future causes of problems in the system, and his very practical suggestions for addressing these issues both comprehensively, and in order of relative importance. I doubt that you will find a more knowledgeable expert in the Providence area.

Just had my Navien unit serviced yesterday. The technician was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. However The Plumber Company charged us $1,000.00 for about 4 or 5 hours of service!!!! Totally outrageous rates for Rhode Island. Do not recommend.

Excellent company and even better customer serviced. Saw a leak in my 5 yr old water heater 2/2/22 @ 9:00am. Spent about 1.5 hrs calling around, getting estimates. Not only did they have the best full estimate, Alexis also did all the leg work finding the warranty and supplier. No other company even offered to do that. Saving me hundreds. They did everything and were completely finished at my home by 1:30. Unbelievable service. Maybe a bad day very painless. Greatly appreciated Alexis and Angel. Top quality service and people. You will be the company I call moving forward.

Had an error code on my tankless water heater, they responded within 24hrs. Diagnosed and repaired within a weeks time(had to order parts from manufacturer). Excellent service! Subsequently had them repair a faucet and toilet valve. Would definitely refer them and will use again in the future!

This company is our go to plumbing/heating company. They replaced a couple of water heaters for us in the past and today they installed a new furnace. We own a multi family home and emergencies come up. Anytime I've needed them to come on short notice they were able to accomodate me. I will always use them from now on. The guys are hard working and honest. Angel was here most of the day and he did a phenomenal job. He was very personable and on time. Thier prices are reasonable as well. I can't say enough good things about them.

I saw water leaking from my hot water heater at 9:00 am today. Called the Plumber Co and they sent someone right away. It is 3:00pm the same day and they have installed a new heater removed my old one cleaned up perfectly. Angel was very helpful answering all my questions and making me very comfortable with a new plumber. I would recommend them

I was called back in the same day with a rapid estimate between 200-250 dollars less than the two other companies and Angi only quoted the service with out the heater. Got an appt with in 5 days, they were on time , polite, professional and cleaned up the mess in a reasonable time.

Brandon did this install with no issues no stress, just like he said in his quote, providing excellent work, communication and timeliness just as we discussed and planned, charging the quoted price, which all things considered was very fair. The Plumber Company did an excellent job at every level of replacing my ancient beast oil burner with a high-efficiency gas furnace. They answered promptly, scheduled quickly, and gave an immediate bid...which was slightly more than HALF of two other bids. Alexis in the office was so accommodating in rescheduling the job more than once, so I could use up the oil I had already purchased. She is super-efficient and friendly, too. Jason and the whole crew were fabulous! Knowledgeable, respectful, hard-working, careful, and willing to go above and beyond to provide superior customer service. I will definitely use this company for any service they provide and highly recommend them.

This 5 star review is specifically for Shayne. We had our boiler blow and flood our basement . As you can imagine it’s an incredibly difficult time. Shayne came in and immediately put us at ease. He was professional, trustworthy and took the time to explain what he was doing and how the issue arose. If you are going to use this company i would recommend asking for him.

I just had Kyle E. and Kyle S. come out to replace an extremely old cast iron sewer pipe that was leaking in the basement. - The pipe was so fragile and it broke right at the basement foundation. They called the Owner Ron who came right away to take a look to see the best way to handle my situation. They carefully dug out and carefully cut what was left of the pipe on a fitting and replaced the leaking pipe saving me so much!! It looked like it would be a nightmare for me, but they were so careful and helped me so much! I could not be any happier with these guys and this company!! Would highly recommend!!

Seamless work every time. Impeccable installation of toilets, sink repair, and a remarkable job excavating subterranean lines. The subterranean excavation is a source of constant comment from other industrial professionals. They also did the sewer lines front and back for the whole house. The best thing besides being veteran owned is the general conscientiousness of the staff. They are clean cut, respectable, respectful, and thorough. They clean up as if it was a competition to win. We like them so much, we buy them pizza lunch each time and tip like Christmas. I just checked off 14 services they have performed. Wow. No issues with any. They are used by many owners I know!

I highly recommend “The Plumber Company“!!! Brandon explained everything to us and told us what the other two plumbers I asked for quotes, never mentioned to us. The other plumbers were just going to bandaid the job and take our money! Then later we’d have to have the pipe replaced down the road. We had a back up and the two other plumbers never suggested putting a camera in the pipe line to see what was happening in the first place. When we saw all the roots in the pipe and the standing water in the pipe 15 feet from the house, we knew we had to go with Brandon (The Plumber Company)!!!! He is very knowledgeable and spelled everything out to us. The day of the repair Brandon and Lee did an awesome job of replacing our sewer pipe from the house to the street! Ryan was awesome. Great prices. They even returned and did not charge me anything when the unit didnt fire after cleaning. There was an existing broken wire and they fixes it and also grabbed filters that were in the basement and changed them out proactively. Walked through both units and was very polite to my tenants. We highly recommend the Plumber Co. of Newport. We required emergency service. The sewer pipe to the street was plugged and the basement had an unpleasant back flow. They came immediately and cleared the drain. Using a camera on a snake, Brandon gave us the bad news that there were dips in the line which could result in a recurrence of blockages. He gave us a quote for excavating the sewer line from the house to the street. It was amazing to watch them dig up the old line which was indeed not built to code. Brandon was a work horse and the sewer line was reconnected by the end of the day, something we thought would not be possible. Kyle also replaced a 25-year-old garbage disposal very efficiently.

Shayne went above and beyond when fixing our oil burner. When he realized he would need another part to complete the repair he was back the very next day and had it fixed right away. I would absolutely recommend them.

I called for a leak in the basement.The technician Ryan was very professional and came within an hour. He identified the problem in five minutes and advised me to call a roofing company. It was not a plumbing issue. There was no charge for the service call. I referred the plumbing company to my mom who also has a leak in her basement. Overall we are very pleased with their service.

I called this company for the replacement of most of my water fixures around the house, thinking that I had to call another company in to do the HVAC work I needed done. NOPE, they do it all! They were able to replace my inside and outside faucets & serviced both my heating unit and AC system, Because I did BOTH maintenances on the systems they gave me 20% off. What is better than that? Definately my new Plumbing and HVAC company. Thanks to the Office Manager Alexis for expediting a technician so quickly and Shayne was very nice, clean and efficient!!

This company is amazing. Brandon came to our house when our pipes froze. It was really bad. We had to replace 9 pipes because our boiler broke while we were on vacation. We came home and it was 11 degrees in our house. Brandon stayed until 1am in the morning to fix our pipes so we could get the boiler back on before the big storm that was coming the next day. When we were about to lose hope, he came up with a creative "closed circuit" solution that was nothing short of genius. This company (and Brandon) really helped us and we are very grateful!

Woke up last Friday to discover we had no hot water. My husband called at 7:30 am and was told someone would get back to him. Within 10 minutes he had a return call and an appointment for a plumber to arrive by lunch time. A second call from Omar (who performed our work) a short time later, let us know that he be there shortly; a full 3 hours earlier than promised. Omar diagnosed the problem and provided options for repair vs. replace. After deciding what to do, Omar was able to order the replacement tank and completed the work by noon on Saturday. He was quick to respond to texts from my husband, and we couldn't be happier with the work. We will hire this company again.
