I needed the drain pipe to get unclogged. Had water overflowing into the basement. Called around 2:00PM, and by 3:30 they showed up to my house. They took care of the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. Thank you for the quick response and taking care of the issue rather quickly.

I called Sure Flow on 6/15 and they offered to come the same day but I wasn’t available so they came the next day. The two men who came (I wish I knew their names) came out and unclogged my pipes quickly. I called two other companies including scammers Roto-Rooter who came and couldn’t unclog my pipes and told me I needed to excavate and fix my drains for 10k. Out of all the places I called to get my problem fixed Sure flow was by far the best 5 star service. Professional, courteous, ON TIME, and reasonable prices. The two men Kindly rejected my tips, but they truly deserve it. The man who coordinate services over the phone was also very professional ! Highly recommended and I will call them for all my routine pipe care/ plumbing problems.

Emailed company at 7:30 AM on a Monday morning. They called me at 8:30, they were at my house by 10:30AM same day. They finished snaking my sink drain and power blasting my French drain outside the house all within a half hour period. Justin and his helper were fantastic. I highly recommend Sureflow of Providence for your drain cleaning needs. My main line out to the sewer was clogged and we tried unsuccessfully to clear it ourselves with a 25 ft snake. I live in Cranston and the city will come out for free to check the line from the street to the house, but good luck getting anyone on a Saturday! So I called Sureflow (Prov.) and spoke to Brian (owner) and his team was there within a couple of hours. They were professional, polite, and efficient at getting the job done! The pricing was great too!

My wife and I aren't ones to write a review - but I have to say, we were really impressed with Brian at Sureflow. Our sink and toilet backed up and just wouldn't clear. Bunch of knock-off drain cleaner from Job Lot usually does the job. Nope. We had to call after an overnight soak with the cleaner wouldn't clear it. These guys were great. Professional and kind. In and out. Awesome job guys! We've got your number on the fridge!

Fantastic honest service. Two great experiences: 1) came by, unclogged our sink drain, was on time and less expensive than larger companies 2) came to our other house, assessed the problem (galvanized pipes corroded, causing a sink clog). Said they were not licensed to replace pipes in MA (but can in RI). Refused to take a payment for their assessment. Said they could snake the line, but because of the corrosion, it would only be a temporary fix. I appreciate that honesty and openness, Brian and team are honest effective, and will definitely call again.

Excellent service! I had a blockage in the outflow pipe and they had it cleaned out in about 20 minutes. They also did the camera down the pipe thing for free showing me the drain was clean. 6 month warranty is a GREAT bonus. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a serious drain issue in my bathroom and needed to call a plumber asap, so I looked at reviews from many other places on Google but wasn't convinced until I came across Sureflow's reviews, so I decided to give them a call. Their first attempt to clear my drain didn't work, but I was seriously impressed at their effort to fix the problem, and that they didn't charge me for it. They suggested that I call the city to check it out on the street side, and they guaranteed to come back to try a different but riskier method if the city couldn't fix the problem. The next morning, the city came to take a look and determined that the problem was definitely on my property side, so I called Sureflow and they came by my house that afternoon. The drain issue in my bathrrom was horrible, and they had to try a few different methods, but they did not give up until they solved the problem. They made sure to explain all possible risks and gave me great advice. I honestly don't think I could have received better service from anyone else. I am so grateful for their help. Sincere, patient, very considerate people. They are the definition of the best quality at an affordable price. I 100% recommend Sureflow to anyone who wants honest, knowledgable, affordable, quality service.

He came to my rental house and unclogged my drain. He is honest and you can tell he cares about his customers. After he did the job for me, I had my employer have him unclog the toilet and he was there for quite sometime. He even came back the next day and installed a valve on the toilet. I don’t even know where to start. When looking for a plumber or contractor to clear the sewer piping from our home to the street, I first went to AngiesList. I can tell you that after several conversations and the IMMENSE frustration of trying to figure out which one of these “professionals” I was going to utilize, I decided to check out Sureflow based on word of mouth and their online recommendations, which appear to be piling up! After contacting Brian and his team at Sureflow, we agreed on when he would come out to assess and provide a remediation plan of our backed-up sewer pipes. To my surprise, Brian took the time to educate me on the health, long term care and maintenance of our pipe connection to the city, and physically SHOWED me that my pipes were in pristine condition and NOT needing to be replaced as suggested by the other drain cleaners. I was in complete shock. He said that his job was not to financially take advantage of me, but to educate and to try and save us money. When we agreed to move forward, Brian and his team showed up on time, were treated my property as if it were their own with great care, exemplified great communication, professionalism, respect, and above all else, showed me that he valued my business. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt it necessary to share this experience in the hopes that when others are in a similar position, that they without hesitation contact Sureflow. My only regret is that when we deal with many contractors, they almost never exhibit the level of professionalism and honesty that we received from Brian and his team at Sureflow. Luckiest call we ever made was to Brian at Sureflow. He and Mike immediately diagnosed our clogged sewer lateral as a break - more important, a break that had been caused by a major utility company and its subcontractor. Brian helped us as we worked through the claims process, answered or returned all of our texts and calls, and most important, stood by his work. And guess what? His analysis was absolutely right, and in the end, the subcontractor had to admit that they had broken our line. We can't say enough about Brian's technical skill, professionalism, and integrity. Called roto rooter at first (big mistake!) and they quoted me a ridiculous high price. The owner of sureflow I believe his name is Mike, and another worker Brian came out to service the same day. I have a rental property and the main drain pipe clogged up. I contracted another leading company to come work on this and they ended up charging me alot even though they had not been able to resolve the issue and left me to fend for myself. This was after they had already told me that there was no solution except digging up the pipe coming out of the property and changing it, and by the way offering me to do the job at a "comfortable" price of $7,500 or more if things got complicated. Wow! Then a friend recommended Sureflow Rooter Service. I called them and they responded right away and were at my property within the hour. What's best, is that hey had the problem completely resolved in 10 minutes and charged me half of what the other company did! Also, what bought me over to begin with, was that they were straight up front with the price and said that if they weren't able to fix it, they would not charge me. Originally i called another place ...ended up waiting 4 hours plus they never replied after i few calls i got no reply So, i ended up calling SureFlow spoke to someone on the phone gave them my name address and issue ..my main was clogged ...the person on tbe phone said there was 1 person ahead of me but they could be by in about an hour roughly ...they called me and said they had a cancelation and could head right over ...2 guys showed up(sorry guys i didn't get your names) very personable and efficient and honest very fair on the price ...they did some testing for a few minutes to figure their course of action for the issue and got right to work and did a great job had mine main line cleared and in working order also offered some tips to keep it from happening which i very much appreciated being new to home ownership ....i would definitely recommend them and will recommend them to my friends and family for sure .... my only gripe is they don't except tips i like to tip people who preform a service its the nice thing to do ..... so if your on the fence of calling them get off it and give them a call ...i will definitely be calling for my future issues that have to do with plumbing ...thank you for the prompt Quality service 🤘😎🤘 .... central falls RI

My drain back up an hour before work. I never had to call a plumber before so i had no idea who was good or who was going to over charge me. So i picked whoever had the best reviews. Im Glad I did. Brian was able to come with advance notice so i didn't have to loose too much time from work. Brian and Justin saved the day! We woke up to water pouring out of our laundry drain and main drain pipe. Sureflow came right away and fixed the problem. They went above and beyond isolating the clog and making sure it was clear. They also did a great job explaining everything so we were 100% clear and educated on what had happened. I was that DIY homeowner I rented a snake I cleaned my main and patted myself on the back job well done right? Wrong...2 weeks later water again backing up. Called Sureflow. They got me into their tight schedule same day and arrived promptly. Firstly they listened to me, about my knowledge of my home and what I have done or have serviced in the past. They snaked the clean-out to the city sewer then at no extra cost they used a camera for me also, try to have the other guys do that and its just a upcharge. Still backed up after that snaking??? So they headed inside and within 5 minutes opened on the drain. End of the story right? WRONG. they again used a camera as part of their service and listening to what I said about having a frequent backup they wanted to make sure it was 100% resolved, and what did they find? A backflow flap basically a Lid was stuck in my pipe 10 feet down and was the cause of all the problems. Tough luck me right, Now i have to call someone else to try to fix that right? Wrong again. Not only did they take the extra 45 minutes OPEN MY CONCRETE floor and open the backflow access and remove the broken lid, they didnt even want more then they quoted me after me insisting they get paid more. They could have left, they did their job of opening the main, but they didn't, they just earned a life customer.
